Great location for walking the city. Comfortable living space, sleeping, and two full baths. We enjoyed our stay and proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.

Loved everything about this apartment in Firenze. The beds were comfy, the entire space was clean, and the location was perfect. I’d stay here again, and I highly recommend it for 3-6 people. Easy check in and check out and the swipe card made access so much easier.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located by restaurants and the sites we wanted to visited. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to our visit and during the stay. Guests should know there is no lift so they need to be able to carry their luggage up two flights to the apartment. I recommend this apartment to others visiting Florence.

This property was clean and well-maintained. It was close to many attractions in Florence, especially the Uffizi Gallery, the river, and the Duomo. It was one a narrow, one-block long street, which was very quiet. The beds were comfortable, though they only made up with sheets. It took some experimenting to get the A/C units set right. The kitchen was fine, though a bread or other serrated knife would be helpful.

The apartment was as described. Host was reliable and reachable. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was quiet and felt very safe. We loved the location. I appreciate the heated drying racks in the bathrooms. All in all a good place to stay while enjoying Florence.

Good communication with host. Flat is recently renovated, spacious and comfortable. You won’t find a better location. Be prepared for a bit of street noise inherent in such a central and popular location.

Apartment was in a great location, highly recommend. Beds comfortable and plenty of space. There is a flight of stairs before you enter the apartment so if that concerns you, I would recommend something else. The key situation was not great for a group of 5 with 2 couples and 1 single. There is only 1 key and 1 card to enter.

This place had a great location! The unit was clean. However, the wifi was very iffy…we never had any continuous connection - it kept kicking us out. We were unable to do any work using wifi. Also, the back door in the second bedroom was not able to be locked. We did not feel very comfortable with this. Lastly, they were only able to give us 1 key for the unit. For 6 adults it was annoying to always keep track of who had the key.

Such a great location and yet still quiet. With five adult family members the three bedrooms, large kitchen/dining table to gather around and a nice comfy sitting area was perfect to start and round off our days in Florence. Communication with host was easy and they messaged us even before we were messaging them! They understand what it can be like to arrive jet-lagged in a foreign country and communicated before we arrived and everything was set to meet us on a very good timetable. Boris was right there to meet us and gave us all the info. The guest responsibilities were clear and concise. No onerous, unexpected rules or tasks. The place was clean, well stocked and there was even a wine opener :). Please book this location. You will be glad you did.

Absolutely PERFECT! The location was right in the middle of everything but yet off just far enough down a narrow side street to be relatively quiet and isolated from the noise of the city. This was a fantastic experience! The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and everything worked well. We used the washer/dryer here to refresh our "carry-on-only" supply of clothing. I would absolutely love to stay here again. It was exactly what we were looking for. I'm a mom with two teen/tween kids and traveled with my parents. Everyone had their own space but we loved coming together around the dining table to play cards and snack in the evenings. It was just the perfect balance of city adventures with quiet retreat and only about a 2 min walk from any snacks/food/wine/gelato/etc. that we wanted to run out to pick up in the evening after our adventures walking around the city all day.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6. The bedrooms were spacious. The air conditioning was nice as we were there in a heat wave. It was quiet too. The kitchen table was nice and big but the living room area was a little small. We couldn't all sit in it at the same time. It's walking distance to so many attractions. I would stay here again if we ever return to Florence.

Very clean, great location

We were looking for something to accommodate 5 adults (2 couples and a single) with 2 bathrooms. This rental worked great. Check in communication was good and efficient. We were only issued 1 key, 2 keys would have been better. If we find ourselves in Florence again we would stay here again.

5 stars would have been given if key boxes and codes available to enable quicker access. Wait for agent was not excessive but we waited nonetheless. Also, kitchen equipment such as microwave and cloths would rate higher. Wi-fi was good and taxis could get to the front door.

Was a great and central spot for our group and for the price! Super easy walk to the other side of the river too. There were three bedrooms1. Bedroom connected to the kitchen with the patio door - spacious with a nice mirror, but didn't love that there wasn't an apparent lock to the patio door so it was a little spooky!2- Bedroom to the left of the front door when you walk in - spacious, good storage and mirrors, cute seat/windowsill that opened up to the alley! *note - the bed leg closest to the window broke on us, seems to be missing a screw, but we were able to temporarily pull the leg back out and use it for the couple of days we were there.3- Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom - very very spacious, great storage, the best bathroom! The main bathroom was spacious and had a washing machine in there for laundry, a toilet, a bidet, and a standing shower that was a little bit slippery. Air conditioning was GREAT and was so perfect with the florence heat! Living room area isn't the most modern or comfortable but it did the job for the little time we spent at the apartment. Only small thing would be to explicitly state accessibility and check-in time. We were told 11am but when we got there the woman was still cleaning and told us to come back in a couple hours. I recommend fully communicating that to your future guests. We were luckily able to drop off our bags and use the bathroom though!I would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Florence!
