I did have an issue with the cleanliness of my shower. There was long dark hair on the shower wall where someone had shampooed their hair. This was an oversight by the cleaning crew so I have to knock off a star for that. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to send someone up to clean it. ...

“Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...
