“Perfect for a quick over night after a concert in Gainesville. ”

“I had a great stay in the Cottage.”

“This was a good place for us. we needed a sleep and shower here place. It like a mother in law sweet. Cute neighborhood. We were there for a weekend fishing trip so it was just that. They are still working on this place as a newer Vrbo I think they are on the right track. It was clean. It’s not flawless, but that’s the working on thing. I loved the feeling of the bedroom, I loved the location, about 10 minutes from the boat ramp. We had room for our boat. They were open to a few...

“Perfect for a quiet getaway, the porch with hot tub and tv made it very relaxing.”

“Some young girl occupied the place when we arrived. She sent us next door to the hosts house. He said there had been a plumbing issue and he had canceled our stay with VRBO weeks before…said sorry but was flippant. By the way, the place looked bad compared to the listing pictures. One of our favorite parts of the trip was walking to the beach a couple of times each day. The beach is absolutely stunning. The...

The beds and pillows were comfy and I've never seen a rental place stocked with such a variety of toiletries and kitchen assortments (coffee/ beverages/ snacks). Our favorite part was sitting out on the deck each night watching the sunset over an open field with horses grazing in the foreground. I highly...

“There were things that were not working. Sink in bathroom was leaking and bugs. A hole in the floor by the bed. I didn’t realize there was no stove. Or how small the place was to say it fits 5 people is unrealistic.”
