“Very clean, beautifully renovated. But we never felt alone there. We could hear the conversations of the people below, which made us feel the need to whisper to each other for privacy, which is not relaxing at all. Bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. Outdoor space didn't feel welcoming or private. Location was excellent. Overall lovely apartment, but never felt 100% comfortable there.”

“Greg is a 5 star host! He greeted me upon arrival and walked the property and apartment with me. He also had local places to visit(similar to hotel stays). Greg's hospitality beats most large hotel concierge service. The apartment is truly amazing, beautiful, and clean. The surrounding areas are a true nature lovers dream!”

“The cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean and open. Beach is literally steps away. We opted to bring an air mattress for our teen and one slept on the pull out sofa, comfortable enough for a few nights. I think the pricing was fair but a larger bed in bedroom with a TV would be ideal. It would be lovely to come back when weather is warmer.”

“The property location and cleanliness were exceptional.It was stocked with everything you need while away from home. The small back yard is beautiful and worked well with dogs. The only negative was the bathroom door that is a poorly designed barn door and does not allow much privacy, especially in such a small space. Otherwise super nice and would be a 5 rating.”

“Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom.”
