“This was a horrible experience, unlike anything I've ever had. When I checked into the hotel, the person at the front desk, named ? was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I never had a chance to ask any questions, and when she handed me the property map and I pointed to it to show her where my room was, she repeatedly snapped her fingers and said, "Look at me, look at me, look at me," making me feel like I was her pet. I still wonder why I was treated that way, and the only answer I can think of...

“Our entire five day stay was exceptional the staff was very courteous . The rooms were clean and maintained. Breakfast was on point. Location of the property was not far from all the attractions we wanted to see. Like the garden of the gods.”

“A hidden cleaning fee was charged just before the trip, leaving me with the choice to pay under durress or risk cancellation. A dog had been included in the original reservation.The property was not as described. Photos are outdated and do not reflect the current condition. The house was found to be in considerable disrepair and shows a lack of maintenance. “Perfect for a Couples Getaway. Very clean freshly remodeled cabins. Good for introverts with fully contactless check-in. There was a small issue with the wifi but the person that runs the place was very speedy about moving me to a new room with better signal, one of the nicest guys. 100% recommend and we shall be back.”
