Situated on a hillside and surrounded by the vineyards of a famous local wine producing farm, Villa Al Pozzo is the ideal place to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquility. Recently renovated, the villa will allow its guests to enjoy the experience of living in a classic Tuscan country house, with its typical elements such as wrought iron beds, tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings. The villa is an excellent starting point to visit the most important cities of Tuscany.

ACCOMMODATION: Independent farmhouse of about 400 square meters that can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms (4 double and 1 twin) with 6 bathrooms. Air conditioning available in all the bedrooms and living room.

On the ground floor you enter the villa directly from the garden and reach the large living room with fireplace where you can find the TV and the dining table. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped and furnished with all the appliances, with direct access to the garden and to the outdoor area equipped for your al fresco dinners. From the kitchen you can also reach the laundry room, where you can find a washing machine and dryer and a service bathroom. Still on the ground floor there is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has French doors to the garden.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower (one also has a bathtub) and the fourth twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Heating available upon request, included in the price with villa temperature set at 20C°

GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL: The villa is surrounded by a fenced park of one hectare with mature trees and a perfectly manicured lawn. It also boasts a large barbecue area equipped with couches and tables for your dinner outdoor, in addition to the old barn which has been equipped as a dining area connected to the kitchen. The villa has also a private parking place.

The panoramic terrace is furnished with a beautiful table and chairs in wrought iron. From here you can reach the lower level still offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. On this level you can find the private swimming pool (6 x 12 meters, 0.9 - 2 meters deep / open from 01 May to 31 October) and a comfortable shower. In this area, you can also find an outdoor Jacuzzi for 4 persons.

CHEF SERVICE: upon request at an extra cost, a chef can be hired to prepare in-villa dinners or cooking classes. Contact me for more information!
