“The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. No wood and they say fake logs provided, but there were none which greatly interferes with the heat output. Some of the dishes were still dirty, which is ok other guests but should be looked at. It sounded like an old diesel truck was right outside our window from about 3:30 am til about 7 am. Trash trucks going back and forth and possibly the snow groomer machine.
