We call this condo "Casa Bela" (Portuguese for beautiful home) as the owners have a special connection to Brazil. We welcome both short term and extended stays.

These newly constructed condos in an upscale Forest neighborhood are convenient for traveling anywhere in the Lynchburg area. The residents are mostly professionals and elderly.

Here's what you can expect at Casa Bela:

KITCHEN: stainless steel fridge w/ icemaker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, sink, granite countertops, pots/pans, dishware, toaster, blender, additional empty pantry, combo coffee maker (uses ground coffee for a whole pot or single serve pods or ground coffee), island w/ 4 seats

LIVING ROOM: couch & oversized chair, 2 fabric chairs, smart TV w/ streaming apps

DINING: table and chairs, small private balcony with bistro table for 2

MASTER BEDROOM: queen bed, dresser, closet, master bathroom

MASTER BATHROOM: sink vanity w/ granite countertop, toilet, shower

BEDROOM #2: full bed, futon, closet, desk/vanity

HALL BATHROOM: sink vanity w/ granite countertop, toilet, & tub/shower combo

LAUNDRY: laundry room inside unit includes washer, dryer, iron, ironing board

We do not rent to those under 25.

LONG TERM/EXTENDED STAYS: We can offer a monthly flat rate of $2800 plus fees. Please contact us if you are interested in this rate.

EXTERIOR: free parking spaces, community grill outside building, off-site neighborhood fitness room available

CHECK IN: Guests check in at their own convenience anytime after 4pm with a personalized code. Elevator in building is available for accessing the 2nd floor unit.
