Slaley Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort
Great hotel and very friendly staff. Delicious salmon for dinner and breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable and big. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which in my case was good, because that is what we were looking for.

Staff were kind and friendly. Food was good in the bar but over priced. My room was grubby, the bedding and bathroom were clean but there was dust and dirt on the ledges and windowsills. The property was amazing and owners very flexible around arrival time and departure. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely choose to stay again. However very confusing that received 2 invoices - 1 from Homeaway and another from Crabtree and Crabtree. Confusing as to what was being paid for what. ...

The Bothy-Detached cottage,1 mile from Barnard Castle, Pet Friendly, EV Charger
The Bothy is a brilliant place to stay. The cottage is very clean and cosy, and in a good location with shops and takeaways only one mile away. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you
