Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. Couldn't locate a blender. Overall the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we expected. Called zipstay for help with a shower issue, very prompt with addressing our misunderstanding and was ready to help with anything. Problem was only a user error. One of our best rentals. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was in a great area and wonderful setting. The entire family really enjoyed it, but were sad it was our last property of our trip as it was the nicest! We only had a short stay and didn't get to enjoy all the amenities the property offered. A short drive in to Santa Rosa, but far enough away to feel the tranquility. Highly recommend this property.

Did not get entry code. Turns out they wanted me to download a separate app they used to get it, which I could not because we were in the car with no cell service. They finally texted the code. Later unable to gain access to app even though trying to create account. Pluses: great location in Sonoma, well equipped, fast internet, nice back deck area, bidet commodes, comfy main bedroom mattress. Downsides: very steep driveway you have back out of into road. Dark sleeping difficult: bright hallway night light on smart house console, smart switches that stay lit, light comes into main bedroom window at 5:30am around shades. Had trouble with AC staying on that did not get fixed. Very close neighbors both sides. Road noise. Nice to have bidet toilets but no instructions. Kitchen not well cleaned. Fancy Italian gas stove/oven with no instructions or manual. Took long time to figure out how turn oven on (have to depress knob to start ignition.

Upscale home in a great location

This is a very nice open floor plan home with many upgraded amenities. The location is perfect for exploring western Sonoma and there is a nice, but modest grocery store just two blocks away. The only minor issue is that the driveway is short and quite steep which may challenge some drivers.

Our favorite place to stay

This was our second time staying at this home with my family of 6. You just can’t beat it. It is beautiful designed and cared for. The beds are so comfortable and my kids love the “robot” toilets. It is private and a great location. Will be back again soon

Good Times-Great Place

We enjoyed our stay in wine country at this place. The house was very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The photos accurately depict the openness of the interior. The patio provides a comfortable and inviting extra space. If we are back in the area, we would stay here again.

Would stay again.

A really nice little house that was perfect for our family. We had multiple generations coming out to meet my infant daughter and it was easy to accommodate everyone. Both those of us who stayed and those who just came by for the day really liked it. There was a small bit of bother in getting the access code initially, but that was resolved quickly by the property manager.

Great location

The kitchen, living room, and dining room area are open and airy. The house was clean and well stocked. The location is great for wine tasting in the Russian River Valley and Dry Creek Valley. Also a very easy trip to Healdsburg.

Lovely home in wine country

House was very clean, nicely decorated and recently renovated. I really liked that the house provided coffee pods and all the other kitchen items that you don't want to buy when somewhere for a short time (e.g. paper towels, sugar, cooking oil). Love the modern toilet!

Roomy and comfortable

Great house in ideal location to explore Sonoma and Napa. Lots of room for five adults. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms well supplied. Local grocery store is within walking distance, but very expensive. We had a lovely stay!

Great place

We only stayed one night and would have enjoyed more time at property. Near the coast - lots of wineries nearby. Clean and comfortable beds. Don’t recommend if someone cannot manage stairs.

An excellent property!

We were in town to play the Northwood Golf Course and needed a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We couldn't have asked for a better property. The home was tastefully appointed, instructions from the Porperty Manager were simple and easy to understand, and communication across the entire booking was flawless. I don't think I could find anything to complain about, even if I wanted to. We really enjoyed this property (and the golf course!) and will definitely be back soon.
