  • Three-storey house distributed on the ground floor, consisting of a hall and kitchen. First floor with living room, bathroom and utility room. Second floor, it has two double rooms, one of them en suite and another single room.
    It has two terraces connected by a staircase, one leading to the living room and the other to the main room.
    Great mountain views.

    The house is located 10 minutes by car from the center of Sóller and a 2-minute walk from the Plaza de Fornalutx.
    Within a 20-minute drive you will also find the beach in the port of Sóller.

Es war wie immer sehr schön in Fornalutx. Die Finca haben wir schon mehrmals gebucht und sind sehr zufrieden.

This property is magical with beautiful views in a serene setting. Ines was a great host, we had everything we needed. We ate all of our homecooked meals on one of the two terraces. The view from terraces were amazing. There were 5 of us, so the accommodations of three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect. Fornalutx is charming with fabulous restaurants, views and food. We will be back!

Das Hause liegt im Zentrum des Dorfes. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse auf mehreren Ebenen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Absolutes Traumhaus

Das Haus bietet alles, wovon man nur träumt. Sehr geräumig mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Badezimmer mit genügend Ablagen, ein Ankleidezimmer und zwei wundervolle großflächige Terrassen. Das Willkommenspaket war mehr als großzügig und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ines war perfekt. Der Ort Fornalutx, abseits vom Massentourismus ist ein schöner kleiner Ort. In einem kleinen Supermarkt bekommt man die wichtigsten Sachen und auch nicht überteuert. Ansonsten bieten mehrere Restaurants eine Auswahl an tollem Essen.

Lovely traditional house in a beautiful village

This is a lovely, spacious, traditional house in the heart of Fornalutx and we had a very enjoyable stay here. We found it really convenient for walks and hikes straight from the door and also for eating out in the evening at some of the excellent restaurants in the village. It has a good size main bedroom, well-equipped kitchen and cosy lounge. Although there were only two of us staying, it felt like the house would accommodate more people comfortably. We particularly liked the two small plant-filled terraces with different spots to relax and enjoy the slice of mountain view with a glass of wine. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was also quiet at night. Ines was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We stayed at the start of April and found the house (having thick stone walls and tiled floors throughout) could be cold sometimes, but the heating warmed the rooms up quickly (Ines will explain you how it works), I think it would stay lovely and cool on a hot summer day though. Altogether, a very pleasant and comfortable home away from home and we look forward to coming back some time hopefully...

Wunderschönes Häuschen mitten in Fornalutx

Sehr schön gelegen inmitten von Fornalutx. Zwei kleine schöne Terrassen, urig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ines ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch über die Kleinigkeiten zum Empfang haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus zentral im Dorf

Inès ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, bei Fragen und Problemen schnell zur Stelle. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liegt sehr zentral. Geschäfte und Lokale liegen keine 100 m entfernt.

Tolles Haus in einem der schönsten Dörfer Spaniens

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht, das sich in einer kleinen Gasse ganz in der Nähe des zentralen Platzes von Fornalutx befindet. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Cafés sind also ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, und hat zwei sonnige Terrassen. Bei Fragen half Inés sofort. Wir werden sicherlich einmal wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben eine ganz tolle Zeit in dem Haus von Inés verbracht. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit kleinen Gastgeschenken überrascht. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll und typisch spanisch eingerichtet. Besonders die Terrasse mit den beiden Ebenen lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Fornalutx ist ein schnuckeliges Dorf mit kleinen Gassen und einer besonderen Atmosphäre. Es gibt einen kleinen gut sortierten Einkaufsladen auf dem Marktplatz. Den Marktplatz mit den Kneipen erreicht man schnell über eine kleine Gasse. Den Strand in Port de Sóller erreicht man in gut 15 Minuten Autofahrt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auch gerne wieder Zeit dort verbringen.

Sehr schöne Finca mit Liebe zum Detail in toller Umgebung. 2 große Terassen. Sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Strand 15 Minuten mit dem Wagen.

Casa con muchas prestaciones de qualidad y muy agradable

Aire accondotionado en una habitacion, ventilador en otra, 3 cuartos de bano Cocina muy bien equipada 2 tarrazas sin nadie en frente Wifi Unicamente el ruido pronto por la manana nos molesto (obras en un piso detras) Pueblo muy guapo, Montana y mar al lado Y una proprietaria muy reactiva y amable. Recomendamos ! 👍

Lovely house in great location

A clean, comfortable and well equipped house in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to a good little supermarket and a great bakery. Lovely top terrace with a view of the mountain and lots of plants. A fairly well equipped kitchen. There is only air conditioning in the main bedroom which gives onto the top terrace, the other bedrooms are rather pokey, dark and stuffy. The beds could be improved, the one in the main bedroom is very light weight and moves, the other double is very low. Cotton bed linen would be beneficial as synthetic sheets in the heat are not pleasant. There are lots of stairs inside and outside so it would not be suitable for small children or people with reduced mobility.

Beautiful property, immaculately presented and wonderful terraces only seconds from the square. Only suguested perhaps hand rails on stairs and up to top terrace as feels a little unsafe and would be concerned if taking small children. Also info for emergencies ie doctor/ ambulance would be helful. Overall fantastic place lovely kind owner just hope we can stay again. Would recommend in a heartbeat wonderful personal touches x

La maison est très bien située et très bien équipée. Nous regrettons cependant qu'il y ai la climatisation dans une seule chambre. Nous avons souffert de la chaleur. Pour les français, la télé n'a aucune chaîne française.

Magnifique maison en plein cœur de fornalut

Nous recommandons vivement cette très belle maison en plein cœur de Fornalutx village magnifique. Les 2 terrasses permettent de vivre dehors en étant en ville. La maison a tout ce qu’il faut et est très agréable à vivre. De Fornalutx ont peut faire très facilement visiter d’autre ville. Le parking gratuit à proximité est très pratique et vous trouverez tout à la supérette sans payer plus cher.

Ganz ganz toll

Ein wunderschönes Haus direkt im Zentrum, 2min vom kl. Supermarkt und Bäcker entfernt, inmitten der schönen Gässchen. Und die Dachterrassen sind großartig. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Wir (2 Erw. 2 Kinder, 3+6) kommen gerne wieder!
