“Stayed for 3 nights in early June. Alan was there to welcome us and tell us everything about the property and the area. He and Laura are amazing hosts! Extremely knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Serene and quiet but just a short drive to downtown Inverness. Can’t recommend Glasphein Annex enough. If you’re thinking about coming to this part of Scotland, there’s no better place to stay!”

“RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

“Clean place to stay for couple of day. Great view of river and bridge is bonnie light up at night. River view right next to cathedral. 2 things would say that was bed was the bed could of be more comfortable. Also toilet maybe needs fix noticed the water still running long after flush. Also small park for kids. I would stay again. ”

“I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. “Booked Seagem as a short break for my wife and myself. We used to holiday in the adjacent caravan park many years ago. Seagem is just the sort of place that we were after. Great size of property, clean, tidy and a home fom home. Lots of local information and well positioned for beach and harbour too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly visit again.
