Central and Comfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect for us. Central to Forster and easy parking and access. Not the most flashy or modern accomodation but comfortable and convenient. Be aware that there's no A/C so summer could be uncomfortable.

Do not stay here

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. It stops here. No tv no heating power point pull out from the wall. Not good enough.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fits our needs. I have read some reviews that applied champagne tastes to beer accomodation, or didn't read the conditions e.g. regarding linen. It's an acceptable, economical and very convenient option for us. We don't rent the property in summer. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom and no A/C, so summer could be a challenge.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very enjoyable. A few problems with the TV reception & a few light globes need replacing. Bed very comfortable, kitchen & bathroom upgraded. floor fan although of good quality was a bit noisy. No Wi-Fi. Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants & ice-cream. Just a great pool straight outside your unit. Not enough parking spots for the number of units, but still worked well. Comfortable stay

Reviewer Comments: After having the same holiday unit (#12, 2 bdrm and spacious) for 15 years at Forster lodge then to have to move to another unit as owners retired to their/my holiday unit I was very disappointed with the 1 bedroom squashy unit #10 at Forster Lodge. It was very dark and outdated. Renovated bathroom was good. The other amenities at Forster Lodge are quite good. I will not choose to stay at #10 if possible.
