Great setup and location for a quiet girls trip in the off season. The hosts were easy to communicate with and it was probably one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve probably had for a rental.

Great views on the lake shore and good location. We were 25 minutes from Branson and Silver Dollar City by choice. We wanted the park like setting and Hot tub. Our host included the best “guide book” for the home and surrounding area that we have ever had. We have been to the Branson area several times and the guide showed us some new things to do.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable

Just got back from a few nights at this cabin and honestly… I’m already missing it. It was hands down one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Everything felt cozy and welcoming.It sits right on Lake Taneycomo, and the view from the porch in the morning with a cup of coffee? Peaceful doesn’t even begin to cover it. We spent a lot of time outside—used the kayaks a couple times (super easy to launch right from the property), and ended each night in the hot tub under the stars. There’s also a fire pit which made for some really chill evenings.The inside had everything we needed: comfy bed, full kitchen with plenty of gadgets (air fryer, coffee machine, etc), and reliable Wi-Fi for when we needed it. It's close enough to Branson if you want to do stuff, but honestly, we were happy just staying at the cabin most of the time.The hosts were really great too—quick to respond and very helpful.If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, super clean, and right on the water, this place is it.

Great cabin on the lake!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very nice and the location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Branson, was just what we were looking for. My family appreciated the kayaks and hot tub, and I appreciated the kitchen and washer and dryer!

Lovely lake getaway

This place was wonderful to stay at and the leave was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable and very amenities were accommodating. We loved the quiet and privacy of the home. The property host was readily available to answer any questions we had for him. You stay again for sure

Perfect place!

We had a wonderful stay at the Wild Goose. Very clean and great setup for large families. All the amenities you could want! Beautiful view of the lake. Check in and out, very simple. Host provides ton of info to make stay enjoyable!

Great lake retreat

This cabin is cozy with a great lake view and ample space for a larger party. The hosts are incredibly clear about check-in and check-out process, provided great local reccomendations. At the property several basics outside of just bedding are provided, a fully utilized kitchen, laundry and bath. Plus the bonus of a kayak set and hot tub. We were about a half hour from Branson and the state parks hiking trails. A local park with concrete walking trails is just around the corner with a spectacular veiw of the dam.

Great clean house and a great stay

My wife and I needed a close enough drive from the Memphis TN area and at about 6 hours away, this was perfect. The house is a bit difficult to find, we used Waze and it took us to the other same named drive about an hour or so from this place. We arrive rather late, 9p, and had the correct code to a warm welcomed home away from home. The snow made for cool scenery against the beautiful lake and mountains. The house was clean, well stocked, warm, cozy and the hot tub made it perfect. The host was easily contacted for an extended checkout, which brought the end to a wonderful get away. The house holds a lot more than 2. It easily will handle my large family and we are looking into future dates to stay here for a Branson visit. It is only a 35 min windy roadway drive (which I loved and my wife loved the views) to the center of Branson. Hope yall enjoy your stay as much as we did. Thanks to the Host!

Lovely Cabin on the Lake

This was a wonderful getaway for a couple of days. It’s right on the water with beautiful views. The house is adorable and very clean. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

A tranquil stay on the lake!

My husband and I were looking for a quick little getaway where we could enjoy some piece and quiet to celebrate our 22nd wedding anniversary! Wild Goose 2 did not disappoint! We spent more than half of our 3 night stay enjoying the lake view, hot tub, kayaks, fire pit, and porch! The property was clean, maintained and quiet. Not going to lie, there were a few times I wish we would have brought the kiddos, but now we have an excuse to go back. Thank you Chris and fam for allowing us to enjoy your home away from home! Memories that will never be forgotten!

EXCELLENT in every way...

Clean, auto fireplace inside and nice gas fireplace outside. Clean hot tub. Nice house. We loved it and highly recommend. They have room for your long trailer parking too, which is hard to find
