We had a great stay at this tiny house. It was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The space was thoughtfully set up and felt cozy and welcoming.The host provided amazing recommendations and helpful info on things to do in the area, which made our trip even better. The location was perfect, and the town itself was so fun with incredibly friendly people everywhere we went.We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying at the Boat House. It had the amenities we needed (linens, toiletries, cleaning, cooking), and the location was fantastic right on the water. There was enough space for my family to comfortably hang out, cook, eat, and play games, and the environment was relaxing. Would stay again!

Special experience!

We loved the Boat House! It was so cute and clean, and we enjoyed watching the boats go in and out of the harbor! Restaurants were so close and had great seafood! We will stay again!

Just the perfect place.

Great location and view

The location and property are amazing. The view of the sunset off of the deck was fantastic. Tiny house had everything you needed. It was a great spot to have my dog, the beach is in easy walking distance and all the other trails in Mendocino along the coast are easy to get to. Also nice to have lunch and dinner options in easy walking distance.

We were there for a camp at UT. The location is great if you have anything on campus. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and updated. We've stayed here before and the host's are wonderful. Private gated assigned parking is nice! Will stay again in the future.

Small package, big prize

We loved our time at the Boat House. The place was immaculate and well-appointed with all the necessities. The location is amazing, right on a pier next to the water. The highlight was spotting some seals swimming right in front of the house. Great little place to get away to.

Perfect location, cozy home

The boat house was the perfect size for me and my husband and our teen daughters. It allowed them their own space, but still kept us all together. They loved being right on the dock and watching the sea lions go by and the waves in the distance. The house had everything we needed and was close to great restaurants and coffee shops.

Loved ours stay

We stayed at boat house/tiny home for my husband’s birthday with our 4 yrs old son from Friday night through Sunday. Loved everything from the place itself to the beautiful sceneries around and surrounded by lots good food restaurants. The most beautiful sunset I’ve seen from where we stayed, Short distance to beautiful glass beach… needed to say we definitely will be back and will tell our family and friend about this awesome vacation experiences💖

Beautiful Boathouse on the Harbor

What a great location! Step outside to sea lions, fishing boats and beautiful scenery. Princess Seafood right next door and the BEST clam chowder I’ve ever had. This place couldn’t be more convenient and interesting. The cleanliness and cozy vibes were perfect. Even though there are several houses in the area, it felt remote and peaceful. Loved all of it. My dogs enjoyed the walks on the pier and the cool weather.

Ft. Bragg VRBO

It was in a lovely location in the Noyo River Harbor with a lovely deck to relax on. It was close to excelent restaurants and downtown shopping. It was also very close to shopping and eating in Mendocino. The views around this area are spectacular. It is a tiny house, so it is best for one or two adults in the main bedroom and children in the loft.

Love Love Love!

Loved our stay! Great location right in the harbor. Property super clean and cozy. Very peaceful, friendly neighbors, enjoyed the seals and otters off the back porch. I needed to contact property management, nothing urgent, and got a very quick response and super friendly. I will be staying here again!!
