Absolutely loved this property. So many fun activity options, warm and inviting, modern and clean, and reply. Very much enjoyed it. I might suggest a recycle bin next to the garbage can as a reminder that it needs to be separate.

Charming home in a central location at the end of a quiet dirt road. Good communication with manager. Master bedroom mattress is probably due to be replaced soon. Was comfortable but a little saggy. The queen guest bed was way more firm. Very well stocked. Girls enjoyed the vintage tea set and kids LOVED the game room.

What a great location and accommodation! Our group of 8 fit perfectly and the location was a perfect spot for exploring the area and celebrating my birthday. Quiet spot at the end of the road and beautifully landscaped and decorated. The game room was a huge hit with the kiddos. I wish we had been able to stay another day to just hang out and enjoy the property. We had visits from deer, quail, crows (maybe a raven or 2?).

Great for families!

My girlfriend and I stayed here with our 6 kids ages 6-17. We all had an amazing time! The game room was a huge hit as was the hot tub! The house is very well stocked and clean! Close to town but feels secluded. We saw deer in the yard a few times as well!

Great family vacation home

Had 3 generations. 4 yo to 62yo. Was comfortable. Enjoyed family meals when not out exploring. Game room gave the kiddos a place to play. Enjoyed the hot tub. The guys cooked on the BBQ. We had a great week! Bring electronics if thats your thing. TV in game room and master bedroom, only.

Fort Bragg Family Fun

A Gem in Fort Bragg

We stayed here for three nights and fully enjoyed our visit. The house is in the back of the street so it felt secluded and quiet. Even though the house was a bit older, it was very clean and each room had a heater. The rooms were neat and we had plenty of towels, both beach and bathroom towels. The beds were not flimsy and were very comfortable. They had a great sound system that was easy to connect to so we had a wonderful time of rest in the living room on their comfortable couch, with their fireplace and surround sound music. The kids loved the game/movie room and we loved the set up. The location is close to the town and the beaches and hikes. I would stay again and recommend this place. The only minor inconvenience was that the hot tub was dirty. We told the management but I don't believe it was cleaned even after we told them. There was yellow gunk around the edges and yellow foam. We specifically look for houses with hot tubs so this was disappointing. However, with the game room, our kids brushed it off so all in all, just a minor con. Won't stop us from coming again.

Great for family!

Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The game room was a terrific space. We were traveling with 19-21 year olds who enjoyed having a space to themselves in the evenings.

Perfect family vacation house

The home was clean on arrival. There were tons of extra blankets and towels that came in handy for our large group. The house was incredibly well stocked with pantry items, extra toiletries etc. We had a minor issue on arrival which was quickly resolved with prompt and responsive communication from the property manager. This is an ideal property for a family vacation. Overall we had a fantastic stay!

Great Mendocino Getaway

The house was very comfortable and spacious. We had 5 adults with us and found everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was hot and the game room was a nice place to play around. If you wake up early enough, you may catch some deer grazing in the front yard!

Wonderful family getaway spot!

Loved this house! We vacation with another family once every summer and finding just the right spot to accommodate 7 people can be tricky, but this place was perfect! The game room is fantastic to occupy the little ones during down time. The hot tub and fire pit make for chill evenings. The house is within just a few miles to Fort Bragg and is very close to beach access. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely home near the coast

Even with a crazy storm and a power outage the first day there, this was a lovely place to stay. The kids loved the game room and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and full kitchen, which was pretty well stocked (small note that a cheese grater would be a great addition!). We heard from our family that the Queen mattress was a little on the hard side but the King bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

Annual Thanksgiving Getaway

My family does our family trip every year for Thanksgiving and finding a place that has things for our youngest member (5yrs) to our oldest (72yrs) is not always easy. This place ticked all the boxes. Ample parking- Check Room and beds for everyone- Check Kitchen for Thanksgiving Feast- Mostly Check(little tight if multiple cooks) And most important... Activities to keep everyone busy while the rest cook- Check Check The Game room is the highlight of this listing. It's away from the house (in garage) so you don't wake the house if you're up late. And games for everyone, siblings, parents, aunts and uncles, everyone.

Great Family Trip

We just had a few days, and it was the first time we took our six year old daughter to the Mendo coast. The house was a perfect place for base camp and she enjoyed the chalk boards and game room after getting back from our day outings. We really enjoyed to layout and privacy of the house. They have done a fantastic job in making this a family fun place to stay.
