All the boxes were checked on this rental: 1) Great communication with owner; 2) Excellent living space with plenty of room inside and around the property; 3) Peaceful neighborhood; 4) Beautiful view; 5) Functional space with all the amenities. I will definitely rent this home again.

Really nice house. Very clean and had everything we need. The setting isn't as nice as we had envision, and there is no view of the Hoosetooth reservior, but we weren't there for the view. I is only half a mile from the Horsetooth Mountain Open Space natural area and great hiking. Aya was great at responding to any question prior to our trip. We will stay again.

The house is much bigger than it appears. The location is a little bit of a drive from town but completely worth it for the views and the family of mule deer that visited and we loved the fenced in yard area for the dog. Great communication with the owner when needed. It did have some dirty bedding, and some things were dusty like it needed a thorough cleaning. Would suggest some full length mirrors and nightlights, but overall it was perfect for my family and our dog. We miss it already and will be back!

Very nice updated property with a great location. We stayed there for a wedding that was at a venue in the foothills. The location was great for our needs. Only recommendation would be to have more hooks in the bathrooms for towels and dressing mirrors.

I booked this for my family of 6 to stay in and it was very comfortable! Between the fireplaces, ac units, and windows everybody was able to stay comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing and we could see so many stars at night! There was plenty of wildlife around the house every morning and evening, mostly deer and turkeys. There was a bear at the bottom of the road on the second night! Something knocked over the trash when we put it out the night before so it might be better to wake up early to set it out.My fiancé and I are definitely going to book a weekend at this house! It was so relaxing that we can’t wait to go back.

Amazing, Amazing Location

This house has an amazing location and is beautiful inside and out. There is tons of parking, and you can walk to everything. The host was extremely responsive, and we will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect Location. Amazing views from the deck. Great on the inside

The house was great! Arya was wonderful to communicate with, best host I have ever dealt with! If I needed to be technical considering Covid just happened, and anything can be laced etc……maybe don’t leave 1/2 used condiments from previous renters in fridge, require them to toss. I do feel the house could use a few upgrades on pots/pans. Have new sponges for the next renter, I know that’s excessive but I don’t want other ppls germs on my sponge. The sponge we used was at least 6 months old easily. Love the grill option on deck, but what can we clean it with, there was nothing. It said beach towels provided but the only ‘extra’ towels were the extra bath towels under bath sink………?Overall however we LOVED it and would stay again!

Short but great

Only stayed one night but the property was very clean, plenty of space for our family and two dogs, and such a great location. We walked to Horsetooth Tavern and had a short drive to a swim beach. Would definitely stay again!

Super clean! Great location! Perfect spot to make family memories!!

Aya was wonderful and her place was very nice! Communication was excellent! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Everything was just as pictured! PERFECTLY CLEAN! The TV is huge and awesome! The kitchen is great with nice counter space and plenty of dishes, bakeware, cookware and lots of random supplies to use. All of the bathrooms were super nice! Bathrooms and bedrooms were a great size! Closet space also great! Fireplaces were enjoyed! The deck and walkout basement were awesome! Horsetooth Reservoir was just a short walk and the views are amazing! Horsetooth Tavern is even closer and good food and drinks @ good prices. A very cute place!AYA communicated wonderfully! She answered all of my questions! We enjoyed a great family Christmas and we’d love to go back!Thank you Aya!

Beautiful View!

Lovely home with a beautiful view! Close to the reservoir and all it offers in activities. Home has everything you need and very clean! Don’t let the outside fool you…this house sleeps plenty very comfortably! Really hope to be back in the summer. Thank you, Aya!

Perfect Rental On Horsetooth

This property is the perfect rental property and can accommodate many people for its size. The property is on two acres giving you privacy and space. The marina is a mile away, with countless trails/Horsetooth falls, paddle boarding, and a short walk to Horsetooth Tavern (unbelievable food, outdoor patio, and live music). We found the newly renovated home to be tasteful, and highly functional. The grill, linens, and many of the appliances/furniture still seemed new. The Xfinity 1G internet was a pleasant surprise, given the location. The views fantastic and make you feel like you're in the mountains, yet, you're only 10 minutes from the drive in movie theater (kids enjoyed that). So much to do, and so close to town. We had a great time, so will you!
