Beachfront location just steps from the Hollywood Boardwalk.
Bright living room with folding Queen sofa bed. Main bedroom with king-size bed. Full bathroom. The kitchen, integrated with the dining room and living room, has the essential elements for a pleasant stay.
Perfect for family and friends getaway!

*Located 200 feet from the Hollywood Boardwalk, in the residential building of the Costa Hollywood Beach Resort. It has service on the beach and a terrace with splendid pools, solarium, and a Hot tube.
Take in all of Hollywood Beach as you are within walking distance from everything!

*Comforts that you will find in this department:
- 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a folding Queen sofa bed in the living room. Comfortably accommodates 4 guests
- A complete bathroom with a shower.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, glass stove, oven, silent dishwasher, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, and crockery. All you need to prepare simple meals.
- Flat TV in the room and in the living room.
- Private workspace with high-speed wi-fi!
- Complete ironing set, a full closet, safe within the Main Suite.
- Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and bath products for a few days. We provide one set of bath towels per guest (Shower towels, not for the beach). We don't provide beach towels.

🌟This apartment is not part of the hotel. It belongs to a private owner and does not offer room service. That allows us to offer lower rates than those of the resort.

🌟REGISTRATION & RESORT FEE - VALET PARKING SERVICE:
When checking in, you must pay the administration of the complex these fees: Registration Fee, $50 (One time only), Resort Fee, $35 x day x unit, and Valet Parking, $40 x day. (Only if you park at the Resort)
Resort Fee includes:
-Beach Service, 2 lounge chairs on the beach x apartment x day.
-Access to the swimming pools, solarium, and hot tube.

Nice place for a few days in Florida

We stayed for 7 nights in April before the big storm with 24" of rain in a day. We got out just in time! LOL! This VRBO was great. It was part of the resort and we got all the amenities that resort guests got because we also had to pay the same resort fees. The room was beautiful. Updated and clean. The resort is half a block from the beach and half a block from the Intercostal Waterway. You can hop on the Water Taxi to Ft. Lauderdale just a few blocks away. We even rented a pontoon boat for the day and that was just right down the street as well. Lots of great restaurants on the Broadwalk as well as on the ICW side. We took an Uber to Miami one day and it cost about $20 each way. Not bad at all. Loved Hollywood Beach and the location of this rental. The check in process was pretty easy although the owners told us upon request that we could not check in early. We got there about 1 hour early and they held our luggage and we went up to the bar for a drink. Not a bad option. I would for sure go back and use this same company for our rental!

Make sure you’re aware there is an additional “resort fee” and $40 a night for parking. (It appears on the listing now lol) On the way home my online banking notified me they charged me over $100 after checking out (5 hours before checkout time) I am waiting on the 3rd person to call me back to explain what the extra charges were for. Nobody has an answer. Definitely a lot nicer resorts on the same beach for same or less money with more to offer. The pool was cloudier than the ocean and the Hot tub was sandier than the beach.

The condo is as pictured and great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only negatives were that there was no fitted sheet on the mattress- just a flat sheet over it, the wifi hardly worked on our phones, and there were some hidden fees with check in. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back.

Location was perfect to the beach, boardwalk and intercoastal for sunsets Loved everything Needs grab bars in shower to be ADA Would come back !!
