Ubicado en Ocean Drive (A1A) en Deerfield Beach, este fourplex recientemente renovado cuenta con tres suites de lujo de 1 habitación y una de 2 habitaciones.

Esta luminosa suite, recientemente renovada, de 1 dormitorio # 3 está completamente amueblada y decorada con mucho gusto.

La nueva cocina tiene encimeras de cuarzo y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable.

Los electrodomésticos son todos nuevos: refrigerador, máquina de hielo, horno, vitrocerámica, lavaplatos, triturador de basura, cafetera Keurig, tostadora, etc. La cocina está bien equipada con ollas y sartenes, utensilios de cocina, platos, cristalería, utensilios, cuchillos de cocina, etc. para preparar la comida.

En la sala de estar, puede relajarse frente al Smart HDTV de 60 "o navegar por Internet con conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita.

La habitación grande tiene un vestidor, una cama king-size con un colchón y ropa de cama nuevos, y un escritorio y una silla para trabajar o estudiar. También hay ropa extra fresca y toallas limpias disponibles en el segundo armario.

Justo afuera de su puerta, encontrará un área de patio donde puede relajarse o entretener a los invitados.

Great place close to beach and the restaurants of Deerfield Beach. Apartment is clean and has all the necessities for a great stay. Kitchen has nice appliances. Lovely sitting area outside. Very short walk to beach access and to the promenade. Host was welcoming and explained all the amenities fully. Helpful throughout our stay.

We highly recommend staying here. From start to finish the communication is spot on! Both Paul & Hally are fantastic hosts. This is our 3rd time back with NO complaints. The place is in pristine condition and cleanliness is top notch. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including coffee,sugar. Everything was is working order. Bed is very comfortable. Extra blankets & sheets - an overload of towels for beach and bath! All the cleaning supplies with paper towels ,toilet paper,tissues & napkins were placed nicely. BEACH directly across the street -2 minute walk- restauarants 5 minute walk - streets are lit up to boot! We looked forward to book again and again!

Deerfield Beach! The best!

My overall impression of this property is awesome!! Cannot wait to come back! It’s one quick 5 min walk to the beach! The host is so nice and responds quickly to your needs! So many restaurants within walking distance and let’s not forget Kilwins ice cream! Delish!

Excellent Walkable Location

We had a wonderful one week stay. The hosts Paul and Hally made sure we had everything we needed and offered some great suggestions for other area shops and restaurants to check out. The unit was stocked with everything we needed like paper towels, toilet paper etc which some Vrbo's we have stayed at do not include. The shared full size washer dryer was also very nice to keep clothes fresh. The location for us was the true value to be able to easily walk to many restaurants and shops. The beach is across the street from the unit and starting at the Kirk Cottrell pavilion beach entrance there is a mile long extra wide sidewalk to stroll along he length of the entire public beach area. The only thing that could make the apartment even better for us would be an outdoor grill on the nice patio area and maybe a small tv in the bedroom. Just our personal preference not a necessity. We definitely look forward to coming back to 529 Ocean!

Luxury Suite on Ocean Drive

We stayed here last year liked it so much we came back. The location is great, across the street to the beach, restaurants in walking distance. The units are modern, clean, tastefully done and well equipped.

We just returned from a one week stay at Paul and Hally’s place. The unit is perfect for a couple. It is spotless, modern, with a very comfortable king bed and nice linens. The kitchen is well-stocked for meal prep. The outdoor patio is very comfortable and charming. The location is excellent! Right across the street from the ocean. You can walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. It’s just a great place to stay for relaxation and exploration!! Thank you for the excellent vacation!

An Amazing Vacation Unit

My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing 2 week vacation at this 1 bedroom luxury apartment. The unit was updated, beautifully decorated, spotless and well equipped to meet our needs. The location was an easy walk to the beach using their beach equipment and a pleasant walk to "downtown" for dinners at the different restaurants. We thouroughly enjoyed our evenings sipping drinks and listening to music at our personal courtyard area. We highly recommend this unit. The owners were very attentive to our needs to make our trip go smoothly. We hope to return soon!

Great Stay

I stayed at this property with my husband and 3 year old daughter. It was very clean and extremely spacious. Check in was super convenient. Location was 2-5 min walk to the beach. We would definitely book again. Had a great time!

Perfect Deerfield Beach Stay

Meticulously maintained property

Property owners were an absolute pleasure to work with. They take incredible pride in overseeing the entire process and stay. Easy to reach, and they truly want everything to be perfect. Paul even offered to bring us a drip coffee maker on day one to supplement the Keurig. The apartment looks and feels brand new. Great location. Extremely convenient for spending time at the beach which is literally across the street. The unit has all the amenities you could possibly need. Including a new large wall mounted TV in the living room.
