Great location on the boardwalk

We love the boardwalk at Hollywood beach and Costa is a great location for that. The pool was heated nicely and very enjoyable. All the extra checkin fees, parking, resort fees are a bit much and add on a lot to the total bill, plus all of VRBOs fees. And too much red tape with the owner to rent their condo. I had paid the entire amount several months before and the day before leaving he wanted a screen shot of our payment from our bank. I didn’t see the email until we were there, so it delayed us getting into our condo. Ridiculous! They already had our money months before. Too many “fees” and too much red tape!

Great room!

Our room had everything as advertised. The area for bars and food was perfect. Boardwalk was awesome and did a 3 mile run on it one morning. Pool area was also very big with a restaurant and bar.

Great Locations, room needs attention.

The location was great, very close to boardwalk and beach. The room had some issues. Buttons on range top did not turn burners on, dish washer did not clean dishes and soap holder wouldn’t stay shut, shower in unattached bathroom did not drain properly. Could have used hot pads and a dish rag and towel.

Tremendous location

I loved this place. Perfect location, right on the boardwalk, steps to the beach and across the street from the intercoastal. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants. I’m always concerned about the comfort of the bed and this was terrific! I spend a lot of time in Hollywood FL, usually staying in another hotel very close to this location spending almost double the money,I will stay here every time!

Great Long Weekend

Until last weekend, we had never been to Hollywood Beach. We were looking for a place to stay while in town on a long weekend to see the Billy Joel concert (the concert was amazing!!!) After much research on properties in the area we decided on this property listed by Stay Sol. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The room was spacious and clean with many comfortable amenities. The balcony has a great view of the bay and is great for watching the sunset. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to walk to the beach as well as shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. Also, we loved the coffee house located on the property. The food and service were top notch!

Property as described, but the experience was less than expected. Although the host was prompt in response, helpful in details and took care of all requests, the atmosphere was lacking. Here are just a few things to note when choosing this property. Appliances are very difficult to use, AC is motion censored so rooms are hot when returning from a day at the beach or middle of the night, ice is half way around the hotel, most attendants do not speak English,4 adults in the room but only given 2 beach chairs and had to pay for the other 2, no WIFI tv, no broom to sweep sand (they did bring us one, it was an extra cost to have housekeeping do it), clean towels and lines only after day 5, etc.

Only bad thing is you’re not allowed to have drinks in the rooftop pool.

This property is beautiful and so convenient. I was planning another trip to Hollywood Beach with my daughters in February at another resort. I cancelled that booking and booked with this resort. Absolutely love it here!!! You will not be disappointed!!

Great stay!

Very nice, updated place with a nice view . The taller ceilings made it feel bigger and more spacious. The property was very nice and we loved the rooftop area. Great views and food. Check in/ check out was simple but not enough people working in the office and takes awhile. My only complaint was we requested an early check in and I kept reminding them about it and it sounded like they were going to do everything possible to make it happen. When it came down to it we got very short emails back of ok we will try. And at 359pm we got an email saying it was ready. It ended up being fine we stored our bags there and went and got drinks and food. But you really couldn’t use anything at the property without a key card. So essentially u were locked out of the property until 4pm. But still paid the $35 for the day for the pool/gym/hot tub and other stuff. Overall beautiful place and very nice clean room. We will absolutely be coming back to this property and hopefully this unit. The area in general is perfect. Food,drinks, beach, water taxi are all in walking distance.

Balcony view of ship wreck yard and sunset combo

Location was nice, would try and select ocean view next time due to amount of sunk abandoned ships in our balcony view. Oven was compact size (rV), cookie sheets were oversized so couldn’t use oven, fridge was off when we got there and never made it up to temp after we had to turn it on ourselves…. $300 worth of food spoiled. Very clean and upscale otherwise.

Great unit

This unit worked very well for our family. We were three kids and two adults. When the kitchen needed a few items, we received them very quickly from management. Great location for walking to the beach. The beach chairs are great that are supplied. Pool is fun.
