  • WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! Our pictures are current!

    ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO is a 4 story complex as you see, right on the beautiful Pompano beach!
    This studio condo is located on the 1st floor. Only a few steps from our pool and private beach area. Your free parking space is right outside your door. We have a heated pool that steps down to our private beach with 2 grills, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and loungers.
    The condo has a queen serta memory foam murphy bed and a full size futon sofa/bed all linens are provided. It also has a toaster, blender, coffee maker, iron/board, microwave, hairdryer, & beach towels. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils and dishes. Start up paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, dish soap, & hand soap.

    This is a great place if you are looking for a more private atmosphere. We have 6 other units in this complex available for rentals.

Being able to walk out the door and be on right the beach was wonderful- exactly what we wanted. The condo is small, but we expected that. Comfortable bed, pillows not so much. Would have been nice to have another beach chair. Only one was provided. The space was clean and no problems otherwise. Beautiful views and beach was very secluded when we went in December.

Great Location!

The location was perfect! Steps to the beach and having the pool there was great for the kids! The studio apartment was nothing fancy, but perfect for us. The kids thought the Murphy bed was awesome! Overall a great stay!

This property was perfect for us! The pool was amazing, private beach area protected us on windy days so we could still get sun, and the beach was steps away! Gorgeous sunrise every morning. So nice, peaceful, and relaxing.

16th Birthday Trip

We had the BEST getaway for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Near the beach, awesome beach chairs and great communications with the hosts. We would 100% recommmend and/or return in the future.

We’ll be back!

Terri was an amazing host. We had another property fall through and lucked into finding this one. It’s steps to the beach and such a fun little spot for a quiet family vacation. The pool is like bath water and the kids had a blast swimming. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

This unit was perfect for two. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pool was clean and warm. The beach and water were beautiful. Steve was there daily to help with any issues or recommendations. We would definitely return! Thanks for sharing your space, Teri!

Cute bungalow

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was very cute and clean. The pool wasn't the cleanest and the construction was loud durning the day. If you layed out on the beach the construction noise wasn't as noticeable. I would go back.
