It was an exelant stay. It's a quiet neignborhood even though there is school across the street. We were unclear about the recyling but its not host fault that we could and could not recyle due different community standards. My wife and enjoyed our stay .

Nice stay. We had a minor incident where the toilet handle broke off. It took a couple of hours for someone to come to repair it, but other than that we enjoyed the stay. The host was great.

Nice location and home is as pictured but was not clean. I always bring Lysol wipes when I travel and everything I wiped came back black/brown from bar stools to table/counter so not sure what the cleaning fee covers. Floors were not swept or mopped either as I had my own vacuum mop. Knowing the set up of the pool having trees covering almost half (which is nice for shade) however to only clean on Monday and not have at least an automated cleaner for in between made the pool experience a lot less enjoyable. I spent more time cleaning the pool of dead bugs/debris, leaves and anything else that blew in from the surrounding area. They did provide a new unused net but highly suggest the owner gets a small automatic cleaner for the guest that don’t arrive until the weekend. Loved the semi high ceilings which made the home feel a little more spacious. Location and listing is accurate and neighbor Mrs. Jackie was so very sweet and welcoming even though we arrived a little later than expected after 7pm. The owner should invest in a cleaning company or inspect the property for standard before guest arrive. A lot of culture present in the art work which was beautiful but paint job needs to be retouched esp with red being such a standout color.

The place was exactly what we needed. We had plent of room and the pool was great. It was close to the venue we were wrestling at and it was easy to get to. If we are back next year we will get ahold of Evelyn. She answered all questions asked in a timely manner and was easy to work with.

Perfect getaway

I wish i could have stayed longer at this lovely home. Everything was so clean and well stocked right down to laundry detergent for washer and dryer. The pool was so refreshing. It's close by to malls, publix, the beach, and all the various restaurants the area has to offer. The pool table is beautiful but we didn't have time to play. The landscaping is like a tropical paradise. I even realized i had left my iPhone behind and they were kind enough to find it and offered to mail it back to me. Ms Jackie came over as soon as we checked in to make sure everything was OK. Ive stayed in many vrbo homes and this is at top of my list. Hoping to visit again soon.

This property was exactly has described. For the simplicity of the property it was all that it could’ve been for this 4 day 3 night trip. The location was great. The pool was the main purpose for booking and it was wonderfully peacefully beautifully PPPPEEERRRFFFFEEEECCCCTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!! Im not sure if the pool was heated but it felt like it was during the day and night. The added fruit trees were a great plus mangoes are one of my favorite fruit to eat. This stay was everything I could’ve imagined. I have no complaints at all. When in Florida it’s definitely going to Florida and being from here I know what to expect so this was magnificent. Getting in contact with the property manager was extremely easy and no hassle at all. I will definitely be staying again no ifs and or buts about it no questions asked with no hesitation.

Confused & Extremely Disappointed

I’ll start by saying I never write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know of our recent experience. I read all the great reviews ahead of our stay when looking for which home to stay in with my family (spouse & 2 young kids). I title this review *Confused* because what we experienced was nothing like what others said! Cleanliness was extremely poor. The thing the kids were looking forward to the most was the pool but it was not cleaned the whole first day we were there (pool guys truck broke down which I understand happens but why wasn’t the pool cleaned in preparation for our stay?) The neighbor's sister came over & cleaned what she could-those 2 ladies were extremely sweet! Locks on closet doors so no room to unpack clothes in 1 of the 2 rooms which that room hadn’t been cleaned in some time according to the dust caked on the fan and vents throughout the home. What made us leave a day early from our stay was seeing a Huge cockroach climb up our bedroom wall after already getting a couple bugs out of the bed. We stay in FL every year & this was the worse experience we’ve had. I contacted the owner & asked for a partial refund in a kind manner to which she would not even consider since her response to me saying we saw the cockroach was “it’s Florida there’s bugs”. I know there’s bugs but pretty sure “cockroaches” are in their own league! We had to find a hotel for our last night & spend an additional 180 due to the unsatisfactory conditions. Be warned!

Convenient Location

The stay was good. The property is comfortable with everything we needed, including the pool and the extra pool table. Location was great close to everything. Maybe a more neutral and minimal decorations, wall colors and style would’ve made us love this place more, but it’s ok. Not big deal.

First Time in FL

It was a little bday getaway. House is nice the mosquitoes were hungry lol. The pool was a little dirty with leaves and things falling from the trees. I clean a portion of it so we could get in and later on someone came and completely cleaned it. Very attentive we appreciated it.

Worked for what we needed

This house worked well for what we needed it for. Everything worked. Did have a little incident with my child finding a vape that was left behind. No fault to the host, just be wary about left behind items. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, unless you like rock hard beds, then these beds are for you. All the neighbors were so friendly! Nice little neighborhood.
