Perfect location on the intracoastal. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping. Beautiful pool and patio. Nice, private unit, well equipped. Host was very responsive to all communications.

Love this property!

This is our families second time staying at this property, and we would come back again and again. We stayed in the larger house last summer and tried one of the smaller ones this time for a quick trip. Both were beautiful and clean. If I ever message a question, I get an immediate response. The location is perfect. We love this property!

The place was cute, clean, had everything you would need. Blowdryer heating element is broke, so difficult to blow dry hair. Also in prior reviews, bed could use to be updated. It sags and is hard

Beautiful place, close to everything

We had a wonderful stay. Nicely appointed condo, where we could watch the sunset over the intracoastal from our patio. Don’t need a car, can walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Pompano is quiet and laid back, but still close to everything in Fort Lauderdale and Boxa area. Hosts were great.Will rent again.

Wonderful

Check in was easy, the directions provided made an easy arrival, beautiful quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach and restaurants, shops and fun. The boat dock in the back was beautiful and we loved watching the boats come and go. The hosts were quick to reply with any questions. 1010/10 recommend!

Pretty on the surface

We left this property before completing our stay because we found it unbearable. It seems they put all their effort into staging and none into making the property comfortable for use. There is no place to set a suitcase, no dresser to unpack or closet space to hang clothes. In addition, the mattress was so mushy with a large indent in the middle making it uncomfortable for more than one person.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable, sags in the middle. Otherwise, the unit was cute, clean and in a good location. This unit (#3 and #4) does not lead right to the water, it is around back behind the other units of this 4 unit complex. Bathroom quite small.

Exceptional

The area is very clean and quiet. The place was very clean and cozy. One block from the beach and a nice 5 minute walk from all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias, Publix, etc. I got more than I expected. On days when I did not want to go to the beach, because it was too windy or too hot, I stayed by the pool. The place itself is very nice and clean. It has dishes and a huge fridge. A microwave and a coffee maker. I will definitely be back and I already recommended it to friends.

Wonderful Stay

We were only there for 1 night. Everything was very nice and super clean and the location is great. My only problem was that I tried to reach the owner about parking because someone was parked in our assigned space, but i never received a response. Other than that everything was wondering.

Great location, quick walk to the beach!

Great owners/managers. Clean, quiet neighborhood with quick access to the beach. Owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Great getaway spot with a nice pool and lounging area to watch the boats come in and out.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt fast nichts. Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit 3 Personen ok aber da wird es schon eng mit den Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der kleine begehbare Kleiderschrank hat wenig Platz für Kleidung und dort sind auch noch die Liegestühle und der Strandtrolley aufbewahrt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Schlafcouch, da diese defekt war. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Marilyn ging es aber ganz schnell und es wurde eine komplett neue Schlafcouch gebracht. Wirklich toll! Wir hatte einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Pompano beach stay

Nice condo/ mini house on a very quiet street and a very easy walk to the beach, with a great breach cart provided. The grocery store is a short walk and fully stocked. We ate at "lucky fish" and were satisfied. The pool area toward the canal, is very pleasant and fun to people/boat watch. The pull-out couch and sleeper was broken, so our teens slept on the floor. I wonder if this is a sign of the times, that prior renters did not want to say anything, because they were worried about being charged incidentals. I am sure it will be fixed, since the host was very receptive when I brought this up. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and very quiet. Could not ask for more of the master bedroom.

Canal Beauty

Stayed here for 1 week and the best part was the backyard pool and canal - morning coffee watching the many boats go by. Close proximity to the beach, although the beach is 4 blocks away, it’s still a short walk. The pier is definitely not to be missed, especially at night, if you walk to the edge you’ll feel like your at the tip of a ship like Leo was in Titanic!! Great property, will definitely be back!!

Great Stay in Pompano!

We have been coming to Pompano for 4 years now. We do love the location of this condo! Very clean & comfortable. Close to the beach and pompano Pier as well as restaurants. We will be returning next year!
