No communication from host, but accommodations were as listed. The couch in the living room with TV is difficult for those with mobility problems. No soap in the shower , other wise a nice visit. I wasn’t aware there were others staying on the property- so was surprised having them in the back yard - but no issues.

First off this not a private house. There is a secondary room attached that has the TV playing very loudly and woke is up at 200 am. That also means no private back yard which did not have the swing or the fireplace in the picture. There are ring doorbells which are not connected to the house at all: ie. You can't hear them ring in the house if someone uses. There are people that come and go through the backyard with no notification, and cameras everywhere watching the backyard so we didn't feel comfortable use all. One night I got a midnight snack and when I opened the refrigerator door, a roach fell into the refrigerator. The washer has a bad bearing and it's so loud, you can't watch TV while using it. If you like your privacy, I would highly not recommend getting this property.

Unit not cleaned from prior guest - food, dishes, bedding - disgusting Dead bug in bedroomOutdoor furniture-reason we booked - missing or moldy and rusted. Only offered cleaning fee refund - unacceptable. We left and did not stay. Repercussions to ensue

The house was as described. It was very clean really cozy.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful..super close to the airport.There isn't to much close by but it wasn't a very long drive to the beach,resturants.We loved the backyard.Overall a great place for a great price.We would defiantly go back

I love how out of the way this house is and the location…despite the little trouble in the beginning for check in it was overall amazing time, it was my birthday and I really don’t celebrate it but this has broken my little birthday curse. Loveeeee the back patio once some little renovations happen with the outside chairs/couches it’ll be literally perfect! And host was 10/10 amazing with communication and their assistant even their cleaning staff and not a bother either just the way I like it…I will be back :)

We were unable to check in to the property. The code provided by the host did not work. They did not respond to texts from me or calls from VRBO. We had to quickly find another property. VRBO representatives were extremely helpful, this review pertains to the property and its host.

To start off, I was not expecting anything high end or super fancy based off the price, but I was immediately disappointed in the cleanliness of the property upon arrival. It was as if the housekeeper got half way through and just left. There was also a noticeable odor upon entering the house. I ended up having to finish the laundry they left wet in the dryer, deep cleaned the trash can (source of the odor), re-wash all the dishes, clean all counters/ touch surfaces I stayed here for a 3 weeks class at MPT. Location was convenient. Neighborhood is a mix of incomes. Cooking supplies in the house were minimal and cleaning supplies were non-existent. I had to go out an purchase these myself.

I had the opportunity to stay here for 2 months after moving to the area from out of state, until I found a house. The manager and owner were very flexible and responsive with my various escrow closing issues. The house is dog friendly and my dog really enjoyed the large backyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. However, the backyard was noisy due to the freeway and airport noise. We loved walking the neighborhood and Edgewood Passive Park every day. The house was nice and cool, the big sofa was comfortable and the TV streaming options were convenient. The house could have benfited from furniture for clothing storage and a few more dishes. I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you again!

Great place, clean and accessible

We had 2 older ppl with us and the unit was totally accessible which was great. Lovely yard to have coffee in the morning. About 5-10 minute drive from stores so it's more of a residential area but at the end of a side street so no traffic. Great place!
