*NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND, you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged for any damages.
*NO SMOKING inside the property - $500 fee will be incurred.

*4 guest occupancy MAX. Only guests on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the property.
*Pool & Jacuzzi are NOT HEATED and is PRIVATE, for your use only.
*There is not a baby security gate around the pool for small children.
