One bedroom, one-bathroom home offers a Living room that opens up to the outside patio and sitting area with a beautiful view of the intercoastal from north to west and south. Also, we have a large smart TV, no cable and high-speed internet, a dining table with four chairs, a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closets, a Flat TV, and A full bathroom with a shower.

Enjoy the relaxing outdoor community space with a BBQ grill, a laundry room with three washers and three dryers per floor, and a heated swimming pool overlooking the waterway. You can walk to the beach, the Pier, and the entertainment area.

These are the initial products we supply:
Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper, one liquid soap.
Kitchen: 1 paper towel, a few trash bags, one sponge, one dish soap liquid.

The agreement must be handwritten and sent to us with the IDs for each person (18 years old and up) who will stay in the house.

We do not accept reservations for Adults on behalf of their children.
