Very basic
The location is in what seems to be lower income neighborhood. Suite 4 was clean but clearly needed some maintenance. The bath towels smelled stale and cigarette smoky. The sink in the bathroom had an aeration issue because when you turned the water on it sprayed towards you and hard into the sink and the sink did not drain well, and there was a hole in the drywall of the bathroom. The bed pillows are as flat as they possibly could be. One of the barstools was missing screws and could not be sat on. Someone else had a BIG party in one of the units, parked 10 cars in the driveway and we had to park on the street. Honestly think it was overpriced. It gave us a roof over our head and someplace to store our things for the weekend
