Will be back next year, but get a different unit
This is our fourth year staying at Costa Hollywood. Love the mats being added around the pool area to avoid slipping while getting out of the pool. Didn’t like that smoking was allowed in pool area. One day a group of people brought their hooka and everyone sitting within ten feet had to endure the huge cloud of smoke.
Our particular unit, however, was very dirty. I had to go buy a mop because our feet/socks were literally black after walking on it one day. Walls and doors were dirty. Also, there was only a couch in the living area and not an extra chair as pictured in the listing. If all four wanted to sit and talk, watch TV, we had to bring a kitchen chair into the living area. TV remote not working in bedroom. Called on this, but nothing was done. Had to go buy batteries, but did not fix the problem.
Kitchen utensils were very sparse. One knife is all we had. Silverware was also short. No trash can in kitchen.
