A king bed plus a full-size sofa bed, a full kitchen and luxury linens make it ideal for couples or small families (sleeps 4). Wake up to the ocean, relax by the pool, and walk to dinner, live music and the fishing pier.

HOUSE RULES
1. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, including balconies and outdoor areas. A $1,000 penalty applies for smoking, plus the cost of any damage and odor removal.
2. No pets.
3. No parties or events. Violations will result in termination of the stay with no refund, and an additional cleaning fee may apply.
4. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced per Florida Statutes.
5. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. Noise detection devices are installed as required by local ordinance.
6. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests staying past 11:15 AM will be charged $50 per 15 minutes.
7. Please place trash in the outdoor bins and leave the studio in the condition you found it.
8. No weapons, illegal drugs or illegal activities.
9. Grill use: please let us know before arrival. The $25 grill cleaning fee must be paid 2 hours before arrival.

POOL
There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Pool hours are 6 AM to 6 PM daily, with no entry before sunrise or after sunset.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend purchasing travel insurance. We are not responsible for accidents that occur during your stay or the cost of recovery from them.

LOCAL LAWS
Noise: no loud noise outside between 10 PM and 7 AM. Local ordinance requires noise monitoring (day limit 55 dBA, night limit 50 dBA). You are welcome to use the outdoor areas after 10 PM; please just keep noise down.
Sexual offender notification: it is unlawful to allow a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence when located within the applicable zones.
