Large 4/3House - 7MIN WALK 2 BEACH!-Tiki, Heated Pool & Bikes Included

  • Completely renovated modern style, beach home 3 blocks from Pompano Beach. Only a 7 -10 minute walk and your at one of the most highly rated beaches in the United States. Beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, renovated in December of 2018. Large patio area with 35 x12 heated pool with a covered Tiki Hut with a fan so you can get out of the heat and lounge on plush patio furniture. Need a little sun, there are ample chaise lounges and other furniture around the pool.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the house has a full size washer and dryer. The home can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. The 1 guest bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd guest room a queen size bed and the main bedroom has a king size bed. 50" TV s are in the Main bedroom Bedroom and Family Room and a 40" TV is is in the "Family Fun Room". All TV s are Samsung Smart TV s so popular subscriptions like NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo and others are available. WiFi is available on the entire property.

    The home is located 3 blocks from the beach and takes less than a 10 minute walk there to enjoy the world famous Pompano Beach. 6 Beach Cruiser Bikes are included so you can get back and forth to the beach or enjoy the many restaurants, shops and other entertainment within minutes of your vacation get-away.

    Property is pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $100 per pet and we have a weight limit of 40lbs per pet.

Great property within walking distance of beach, Publix and quite a few restaurants! We loved the pool and tiki area and the kitchen is very well stocked and nicely labeled to find everything!

Great experience had a great time. Only issue was the one bedroom with the foosball table no blinds and a light that stayed on all night. Other than that was a nice quiet location and great time.

Just a 15 min walk to the beach and great restaurants. The house was spacious and had everything you would need for your stay. The pool and Tiki bar was fantastic.

This was our second year renting this house for a month. It is one of the best we have ever stayed at. The house is better than advertised, walking distance to the beach and local bars, restaurants, and the Publix. Stacy and John are great hosts who cannot do enough for you. The kitchen is well-stocked, the place is modern and immaculate, and the outside tiki hut and pool space are heaven.

Hosts were great! Very nice and accommodating! House was very clean and had everything anyone would need! Enjoyed lounging by the pool and just relaxing. Beach was close and amazing! Water was so clear. We could not believe how clear it was. Little chilly this time a year but overall great beach and nice town.

Everything was in order for our arrival. Kitchen was well equipped. The bikes, pool and foosball table were great amenities. Enjoyed the bottle of wine that welcomed us. Lots of room to spread out and relax. A very short walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants. Highly recommend a stay here

The house was immaculate and included everything you could ask for. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils, cookware, spices and all labeled so we could find it easily. The house was beautifully decorated and the bedrooms were spacious. The backyard was beyond what we expected. The pool was the perfect size and the tiki area was perfect for hanging out all times of the day. The house was located in a great spot and close to the beach and many restaurants. We did not have a car and we walked everywhere easily. The bikes also got used and the beach chairs. This house has everything you need for your vacation while away from your home. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with also. Thank you John and Stacey

This house was an awesome spot for our family vacation. It was a beautiful home with absolutely everything we needed for the house and the beach. Great communication with the host as well. Extremely close to the beach! Would stay again!
