Located directly beside the shared pool on a tropical canal-front multifamily property, this colorful little retreat puts the pool and outdoor spaces just outside your door. With Wilton Drive only minutes away, it’s an ideal home base for guests who value location, atmosphere, and simple South Florida living.



The Space:

STUDIO & SLEEPING AREA

Lazy Cabana is an intimate studio, meaning the bedroom and living spaces are combined into one open room rather than separated by walls. A comfortable queen bed anchors the space, while a bright orange sofa gives you a dedicated place to lounge, relax, or watch the Smart TV. Full-length mirrored closet doors provide convenient storage while helping the compact space feel bright and open.

Fast Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream, stay connected, or get some work done during your stay.



KITCHEN & DINING

The compact kitchen is equipped for simple meals at home, with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and everyday essentials.

A dining table sits beside the window overlooking the pool, creating a sunny spot for morning coffee, breakfast, or a casual meal before heading out for the day.



BATHROOM

The studio includes one private bathroom with a stand-up shower and modern fixtures.



SHARED POOL, CANAL & OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside your door and you’re immediately beside the property’s shared pool and tropical outdoor spaces. Take a swim, settle into the outdoor seating beneath the trees, or spend some time enjoying the canal-front setting. The property sits directly along a quiet South Florida canal, giving the outdoor areas a relaxed waterfront atmosphere. Please note that the pool, canal-front area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other accommodations on the property. You should expect to occasionally see or interact with other guests while enjoying these spaces.



Lazy Cabana itself is completely private to your reservation.



If you appreciate intimate spaces and would rather have a great location, pool just outside your door, and tropical surroundings than excess square footage, Lazy Cabana makes an easygoing home base just minutes from Wilton Drive.



GOOD TO KNOW



Lower Ceilings: Lazy Cabana has lower-than-standard ceiling heights throughout the studio, measuring approximately 75–80 inches (6'3"–6'8"). Taller guests may need to duck in certain areas and may find the space more compact than a typical apartment. Please consider this carefully when booking if you or someone in your group is tall.



Multifamily Property & Shared Amenities: Lazy Cabana is one of several separate guest accommodations located on the same multifamily property. Your studio is completely private to your reservation; however, the pool, canal-front area, and outdoor spaces are shared with guests staying in the other units. Because the studio is located directly beside these common areas, you may occasionally hear or see other guests outside.



Pool Service: The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to maintain water quality and cleanliness. A technician may briefly access the shared outdoor areas during your stay to complete routine service.



Mature Trees & Pool Debris: The property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees and tropical landscaping, so you may occasionally notice leaves or other natural debris in the pool between professional services. This is a normal part of the outdoor environment and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool.



Canal-Front & Tropical Environment: Lazy Cabana is located directly along a South Florida canal and surrounded by tropical landscaping. Insects, lizards, and other small wildlife are a natural part of this environment and may occasionally be seen despite regular professional pest control.



Humidity & Environmental Odors: As with many older canal-front properties in South Florida, occasional odors related to humidity, weather, or the surrounding environment may be noticeable, particularly during warmer months.



Pets: Pets are welcome for a $90 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed whenever they are in the shared outdoor areas and pick up after your pet throughout the property.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.



Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
