Fit our purpose

We stayed in Florida for couple days before we left for cruise. We stayed in the home and it was perfect for what we needed. Priced right, secure, good location and lovely property. It was easy to check in and out.

Decent but a bit pricey for what it is

Decent spot to stay. If you have kids younger then 3 I'd say find somewhere else...the step out to the sunroom is a bit of a hazard if you want to relax. Luckily our kids are a bit older but we still had some issues !

Lovely stay

House was in a quiet neighborhood, we respected the area and has lovely quiet stay. The rental has lots of little amenities, we really appreciated the fact that there were all the little necessities present to make the stay like home. Loved the backyard, it was small but absolutely beautiful!

Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. A minor thing was that the inflatable items for the pool were damaged and could not be inflated. Also, the pins to hold up the net for a ping pong game were missing. The only drawback is that the neighborhood does not look favorably on short term rentals, however we had no negative issues with anyone -probably because we follow the rules and we’re not noisy.

Location was great, nice friendly neighborhood and cleanliness.

My family was very happy with the rental as we were all able to spend time together. My granddaughter lives in Flordia and we were able to use the rental to have a small gatherings.

Overall a great stay

My family and I enjoyed our long weekend at this property. We booked last minute because we were visiting my sick Grandma. Olga let us check in early and check out late which was really awesome. The place was clean and the pool was really nice for a swim with my baby and four year old niece. The step out to the Florida room is a little tricky/dangerous for babies/kids/adults. I had to keep stopping my 11 month old from crawling over to it. The dishwasher was broken and was unable to be fixed during our stay. That was inconvenient with 5 adults and two kids, but the owner did try to have it remedied. The area is absolutely beautiful, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean lovely house!

We had 4 adults and 2 children and everything was at our fingertips. Short drive to the beach, groceries or restaurants. The pool was nice and heated, the house was clean with nice furniture. We’d definitely come back!

Awesome home with EVERY amenity you need

The property is beautiful and well thought out. Its pretty much fully equipped with everything you’ll need. We were able to entertain a small group and not have to purchase extra supplies or serving items. The pool was warm and enjoyable. The house was very clean and spacious. Olga was nice, friendly and VERY responsive. I’ve stayed at other VRBO properties where it took 24hrs for a response. There’s a tv in every room and there’s more than enough towels, beach and bath. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this property and I will definitely be returning.
