Escapada perfecta frente al agua en Pompano Beach con piscina climatizada estilo centro turístico y área de Tiki Hut. Completamente renovado, espaciosa casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y una piscina climatizada. Esta propiedad es una vivienda unifamiliar en un vecindario residencial familiar seguro y establecido.
Con respecto a nuestros vecinos, el hogar no está disponible para fiestas o reuniones de grupo de ningún tipo. Esta propiedad está destinada a familias y adultos maduros. No alquilamos a menores de 25 años ni a grupos universitarios.

La casa está llena de comodidades actualizadas, que incluyen una cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado central, servicio de lavandería en el hogar, conexión por cable / Wi-Fi gratuita y sala de estar y comedor abiertos. We had a great stay at this luxury beachfront home. The location was unbeatable a short drive from the beach. Overall, the property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.That said, a few areas (walls, furniture, and minor fixtures) were a bit worn and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint or some updates. Nothing major, but it slightly took away from the “luxury” feel. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at this amazing property. Everything was exactly as pictured. There is plenty of shade all day for those who don't prefer sun, but still want to be part of the fun. It was perfect. We didn't even make it to the beach, because no one wanted to leave the pool! Can't wait rent here again.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

Our one week stay at this property started with the owner himself cleaning and preparing for us so that we could arrive two hours ahead of schedule. We really appreciated that effort! The house is lovely, fairly well stocked, close to grocery store, and Pompano Beach is wonderful. We were a group of five older adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. comfortable beds. The outside area was great. I spent a lot of time just floating in the pool and enjoying the shaded areas.

Great Get Away

This property was amazing! It was exactly as advertised. The interior was perfect for our needs, the kitchen was well stocked and the living area had a ton of seating so we could all be together The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area is amazing, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the various sitting areas and the pool. The hosts were great. We willl definitely book this property again!

This property was so chill. The property owner Igor was super nice and accommodating. It was clean and comfortable. Everything needed was there even beach chairs. The backyard was simply amazing. The pool was the best. I would definitely come here again.

Great outdoor space and close to everything you could need

Great location just a 2 min drive to Publix and multiple restaurants. We mainly booked the house for the outdoor space and that did not disappoint. We spent every morning and afternoon by the pool which featured plenty of shade in the 95 degree weather. All the bedrooms were a good size and the neighborhood was very quiet even on the 4th of July. Only negative thing I can say is the house could use some touch ups here and there. Scuffed up walls and such and the one side of the house had a lot of personal items from the owner. We had a great time and would stay again.

Beautiful property and excellent hosts!

My family stayed at this gorgeous house for 4 days. We have two young kids and we all enjoyed it immensely. Although the inside of the villa is immaculate, we spent most of our time around the pool! It's a paradise out there. Everything in the house looks brand new, it's incredibly clean, there is a huge tv in every room/bedroom, and even a tv by the pool. Overall, the property is very well taken care of. The hosts were quite helpful and easygoing. We don't have anything to compare it to as it was our first time in the area, but we'll be back and have no reason to look elsewhere when we come. We definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Outdoor living space

Property was better than pictured. The outdoor living space was amazing. We stayed outside almost all the entire time we were at the house. We even skipped the beach two days to hang out by the pool. My family loved the house. Owners were very accommodating and the house is conveniently located near shopping. A bonus was the air show was in Fort Lauderdale while we were there and the thunderbirds flight path was directly over the house so we had an perfect view. The house was also very clean inside and updated. The owner had chairs and an umbrellas for the beach to borrow and floats for my children to use in the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Trip

I thought everything worked out really well. The location was great. Close to beach. Close to Grocery stores, restaurants and anything you may need. The only thing I’d recommend is to have the pool cleaned more frequently. There was some rain, but a good amount of small limbs, leaves, etc. collect in the deep end of the pool. We would stay here again. Our family had a great time. Igor is very helpful and very responsive.
