Really positive, would stay again

Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.Pros — the house is very nice and the location is prime. Hosts/management company was generally very communicative and easy to work with.Cons — we had to pay extra to check in and out late, it costs extra to heat the pool, the hot tub was never hot, and the AC in the house isn’t great. Read the fine print and be aware that you have to pay an extra processing fee 24 hours before check-in, and credit cards are not accepted. In other words, what you see on Vrbo is not what you pay. With how much the house costs on Vrbo, I think these should be a given.

Perfect Spot

The home is absolutely gorgeous and the team could not have been more helpful with the check-in/out process and assisting while we were there. Close walk to everything- would absolutely recommend.

Fab Ft Lauderdale weekend!!!

The home is spectacular. Better than the photos even. Just a couple minor issues. We checked in for a Thursday-Sunday stay and I'm not sure if the home was occupied before our arrival but all the garbage cans were full to the top. Plus the TV's were hard to program and I even had 2 IT guys staying there for the weekend. Still 5 stars though

Awesome!

Property was better than described. Home was absolutely immaculate and ready for us with all of the essentials. Natalie was fantastic, extremely communicative, and beyond accommodating. She met us at the house when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. My thanks to the owner for making the pool nice and warm for our trip. A very special house and can't wait to come back next year!!

Fantastic las olas property

We stayed at this beautiful property for Spring Break April 2023. We were a family of adults, teens and small kids and it was perfect for everyone. Close to las olas, close to the beach and great amenities. Management was more than helpful!!

Great house, ok location

Overall we enjoyed the our stay, but it could have been better. The house is beautiful inside and out, as is the pool. Very clean and everything is up to date. However, very loud at times - next to a main road, construction across the street. A number of issues when we arrived (no hot water. Multiple sensors and detectors beeping due to low batteries) . Property manager was very helpful and sent someone who took care of everything- but we lost our first night of vacation dealing with it. And too much communication needed to turn on the pool heater - we paid extra for it and had to bother the property manager every day for the owner to turn it on and keep it on. That was frustrating.

Spectacular!

Great communication with management as we kept fine tuning our stay. House was immaculate and location is ideal. Beach and every great restaurant and store is within a 10 - 15 minute walk Fantastic pool and hot tub. Every single thing in this house is high end. They reached out to us prior to arrival to tell us they could be flexible with check in and check out times which helped as our departure was pushed back 4 hours. Did not want to leave. Thanks for having us!

UNBELIEVABLE PROPERTY!

This home was the ultimate dream. Communication with property management team could not have been better. Every room in the house was phenomenal - from the decorations, space and layout. Despite it's size, it has a very homie feel. Can't wait to go back!
