House was incredibly clean and host was attentive in responding to questions that he could answer. The house's hot water & pressure for showers was wonderful. The sound system was easy to use and we enjoyed our music throughout the house. Plenty of space for our party of 10 to gather with bathrooms in each bedroom. It was a quick 12 min to the airport and less than that to a grocery store. They had a large fridge and freezer for our groceries. We cooked each meal at the house and there was plenty of pots/pans and dishware. Dishwasher held up with constantly being used. There was a separate bar area with its own ice maker which made for a perfect spot for serving and making cocktails. The pool was refreshing and we were able to skim it daily ourselves (lots of beautiful trees surrounding the area) but the hot tub was broken, so we did not get to enjoy which was a huge bummer. That was the only swing and miss on the house as that was something we were all looking forward to enjoying and planned our nights around it being available. It would have been great when sitting outside is too cold (nights and early mornings). The yacht parked out back made for a glamorous backdrop and added privacy. The owner/property manager was extremely professional and prompt in their response when he could give us an answer. When he didn't answer about the hot tub being broken or offer a business resolution was the only disappointment/frustration. Highly recommend!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful grand estate! The positives: • Tons of space for groups/families to spread out…we had 8 people and still had 3 extra rooms.• The pool is amazing and was a major highlight. Daytime sunlight was ideal.• Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. • House is tucked away and gated - great privacy and felt safe/secure.• Host was super responsive and helpful.A couple negatives:• We had a little trouble with the hot tub upon check-in but the host was responsive and had someone out right away to help/resolve.• Some of the interior furnishings felt dated/worn and could use some refreshing. However, the pictures accurately captured the property so while we felt this way, we didn’t feel like there was any misrepresentation.Overall a great property, would recommend if the goal is to have lots of space and the prioroty is hanging by pool.

We stayed at this wonderful place for three days .. it was my office Christmas party. The Host was one of the most welcoming and communicative hosts I have ever experienced. There were actually three different people who I communicated with and each of the responded to questions almost immediately. The host made access to the property very easy. The place had plenty of room. It is a beautiful property.. everything you could ask for ... secluded feel, yet only three turns from the main roads I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Needs Taken Care of
The house was very large and the pool was nice. Definitely needs some maintenance and upkeep. The AC was broken in the house half of the stay, the water didn’t work the first day. Many of the lights didn’t work in the house. Overall it was a cool place, just needs a lot of maintenance and upkeep. Host was responsive and made up for the water not working.

Great house for entertaining. Good bones. Needs a little refresh to get a 5. Owner was great to deal with throughout the process. Big boat blocks any view of water. Was hard to cook indoors as the stove exhaust fan was not working and smoke detector kept going off.

Great place to get together
This house was perfect for our three generation family get together. There was plenty of space to spread out and yet provided ample space for togetherness. The kitchen was easy to work in and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The house's location is a quick drive to downtown, the beach, airport and expressway. We had a great time.

Fun Golf Getaway
For the past 3 years, I’ve had my annual golf group stay at this rental. It’s a perfect size. Every guy has his own room, the kitchen area and game room are a nice place to meet up, and the outside pool/hot tub is heated. Tabitha is incredibly responsive and provided assistance to us anytime we had a question. We will stay here again!

Great stay with young kids and grandparents
We had a great time at Tabitha’s place! We loved the pool, the house is super spacious with lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the yachts go by. Immediate neighborhood was lacking but it was a short drive to Las Olas which was nice. We would definitely recommend.

Vacation Destination
It's nice that this home is near the airport, but this is not a luxury property. This home needs the grounds manicured, feels old inside and out, and needs maintenance. The 2024 renovations, as mentioned in the listing, were not apparent. Although the home was clean and kitchen well appointed, we anticipated it would not be so rundown. The home is large and has so much potential with large pool and spa, but we will not return to this property due to the poor condition.

A fantastic getaway
Nine of my friends and I came down for a bachelor party. The place is very central to the airport, the beach, and the nightlife so it was perfect. They were super responsive when we had any issues, which weren’t many. They had everything that we needed to socialize. The only minor thing that I would say, is the confusion of the lighting inside. The chandelier in the front room not working and just being for a show. And the lighting in some of the rooms were not ceiling lights and needed a lamp. Otherwise, I would recommend to anyone

Perfect house!
We stayed for 3 nights., before a cruise for my 70th Birthday., 12 of us from ages 3-72. It was a perfect house that offered plenty of room and plenty to do. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The pool is large and heated and the spa was enjoyed by all. The grounds are beautiful to walk around and explore. We fished off the dock. We played football in the large front area. Having groceries and food delivered was easy. The bedding was comfy! And we really appreciated we didn’t have to wash the bedding and towels when we departed!! So many interesting art and collectibles throughout the home., that has a bit of a Great Gatsby feel to it., and old world charm. Plenty of bathrooms. Sure., there are signs of weathering from the harsh ocean and a few things that need attention., but nothing that couldn’t be overlooked. Tabitha responded quickly and sent someone right over when we had a question. We will all definitely be back., only next time we will be staying longer!! Thank you thank you!
