This property was absolutely perfect for us as we were only in town for 2 nights. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants and immaculately clean. I highly recommend this property and host for any future renters. The description of the property is 100% accurate!

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed on the inside, a great deck out back to wind down on, and only 3 block walk to the beach!

Our stay was great: exceptionally clean and well-maintained with a good kitchen. It's close to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the beach, but just far enough off the main drag to be quiet and peaceful.

We loved our stay at Lauderdale by the Sea. You’re 5 minutes away from several restaurants, desert shops, stores, and the beach. Winston’s place was cozy and clean. We loved sitting on the patio surrounded by the trees. Also the yard is beautiful. We very much enjoyed our stay and only wish it could have been longer.

Loved the location, blocks from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and just as described. Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

House is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. House was spotless and AC worked great. Check in and check out was a breeze and host was quick to give me check in instructions as well as answering a question I had about check out. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay again.

Such a charming property! Brought my parents and thier small dog here for a few days for vacation and it was perfect. Plenty of space, and so convenient right by all the shops. We absolutely loved the beautiful patio and garden. Its like a private little oasis! I sat ouy every morning and enjoyed my coffee. Highly recommend!

Very clean home. You’re definitely paying for the location above all else. But with that being said, all amenities you could want are here. Plenty of space to spread out. Washer and dryer were nice to have. We absolutely loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the landscaping on the quiet corner. Winston was a great host, very good at communicating. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was just as described and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and so convenient to have two bathrooms while traveling with another couple. The location was perfect. Just out of the busy section to be quiet but close enough to walk to the beach and to dinner each night without having to worry about finding parking. Communication with owner was just enough to know he was there if we had any problems which we did not have.

Great Location and Clean

Very clean and updated inside including good A/C which is important in South FL. Great location and close to everything within a short walk. I would stay here again for sure!

Location is perfect- a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach so you get both a quiet place to stay and easy access to all the area has to offer. The house is fully stocked with everything needed and was spotless. Winston was easy to contact and very helpful.

Apartment is about a 7-10 minute walk to to the beach. It's not luxurious and it's a little basic, but in a cool neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants. Great communication with host.

Lovely Vacation

It was a great location as we could walk about 5 blocks and be at the beach or downtown where the action is,Very comfortable condo with all the amenities.Winston was a very personable and helpful if a problem arises.
