Este hermoso apartamento amueblado frente al mar de 1 dormitorio ubicado directamente en la playa tiene las vistas más increíbles del océano y la brisa de la bella Lauderdale junto al mar. Está totalmente equipado con todos los muebles. Los numerosos productos básicos incluyen los siguientes: dormitorio separado para mayor privacidad, cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, incluyendo lavavajillas y utensilios de cocina. Ideal para una (1) a tres (3) personas. Situado en el 1er piso. Gran sitio de buceo.
El edificio cerrado tiene instalaciones de lavandería a un costo mínimo, piscina, un espacio de estacionamiento reservado. Convenientemente ubicado a menos de una milla de Lauderdale, junto a la plaza del pueblo, el muelle, las tiendas de abarrotes y los restaurantes. The host was very responsive, clear with directions, and we had no issues with logistics. The rental unit was clean, and the location was right on the beach, which was really nice. The stove and fridge were full-size, and the dishwasher worked well too. The bed was comfortable, and there were many beach accessories available so you didn't need to buy or bring anything. My only comment that I would say was a bit of a hastle was that the bathroom was extremely small. It was fine for us, we are not fussy, but someone expecting a big bathroom might not like that aspect. We are happy renters, and would come back.

Location was great, just a few yards from the beach, but the condo is very,very small and quite dated, showing lots of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable and the host responded promptly.

I brought my mother in law to LTBS for her birthday weekend. I love this location. I've stayed here several times in the past. Linda's home was everything we needed. You can't beat the first floor convenience and direct ocean view. We had a lovely weekend!

Great little beachfront condo

Highly recommend this property. The host was pleasant and clear in their communication. And the location was great--necessities (food, pharmacy, restaurants) nearby and a great beach almost outside the door. You never know just how close or good the beach is, but this was ideal--100 yards to the water and the same as the public beach a half mile down the coast

Property was just as described and met our needs. Our only wish would have been for a full length mirror. Proximity to the beach was awesome and that was our #1 priority. Having beach chairs and umbrellas provided for our use was also really nice. The host was very kind and quick to respond to our inquiries. She communicated the check-in and check-out instructions clearly and in a timely manner.

If you’re looking for a fancy resort this is not it., but we loved it. Very clean, quiet, and friendly feeling! Tiny kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable king bed. Right on the beach with all the beach gear you’ll need. Perfect for a quick get away spot. We’d love to come back.

50th Birthday Get Away

What a beautiful location! Steps to the beach and very quiet. Loved that the complex is small and this particular unit was on the end. Very close to lots of restaurants and things to do, but not too touristy. The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for our stay including beach umbrellas and chairs. My only suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint in the condo. It would really brighten and freshen up the place! Communication with Linda was fast and easy. Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay! We would definitely come again!!

Great couple’s beach stay!

The location to the beach was amazing! Just a few steps and you are on the beach! We found the place very clean and cozy and were impressed with the efficient use of space. It was perfect for the two of us! We liked the full kitchen, the comfy king bed, the leather sofa and large tv. The bathroom sink area was a bit small but it worked. The closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and snorkel flag was an added bonus!

We had an ocean front room. Short minute walk to the beach. A short drive to restaurants, shopping and anything else you need. Room was clean comfortable and cozy. Had all the kitchen ammenities needed to make or cook whatever you want. Very secure and well kept !
