Host was great, very accommodating to our needs. The place had everything we needed. The place has a little bit of everything, canal in the back for fishing or canoes, pool and hot tub, grill, privacy, well taken care of, a perfect little set up. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great to take a walk. enjoyed sitting on the front patio too. A quick drive down to the beach, shops and places to eat. Great spot!!!

Beautiful home and pool.

We would definitely stay here again. The home had everything we needed. The pool is very clean and the jacuzzi was easy to use. Plenty of seating inside and out. Kayaking in the canal was an extra bonus!

Great Weekend Stay!

The backyard is great and makes you not want to leave but if you do the home is located in a very convenient location to restaurants, supermarkets and the beach! Carlos is awesome with communication and check-in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely consider rebooking when visiting again!

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

My family and I were very pleased with the entire experience, from booking, communication, and the property itself. Very quiet, safe and family friendly. We truly enjoyed ourselves fishing off the private dock and exploring in the kayaks. Carlos is a wonderful host and goes above and beyond. We will absolutely book again when we are back in the area.

An absolute gem of a place

We loved this little gem, it was spotlessly clean, very peaceful but within walking distance of a couple of supermarkets and restaurants, Carlos was always only an email away, we had 1 or 2 little issues but one quick email off us and within 10 minutes, Carlos would email back and would deal with our little issue or any questions we had. If we had 1 criticism it would be that perhaps the shower needs updating but it in no way affected our holiday, it was adequate enough just we are used to a stronger one, so all in all would definitely recommend this villa 5*

Overall a nice place to stay but a bit on the expensive side

Communication, expectations and location were spot on. We rented the house for one day due to returning from a cruise and not flying home till following day. In order to check in early (1:30 vs. 4pm), it cost us another $168.00 per the owner (this was to cover additional help in getting place clean in shorter time than normal). Owner was very transparent and clear with communication. Home was very nice, clean but a bit over priced.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this peaceful location. The pool and spa were perfect and very clean! The view is wonderful. We saw lots of fish lizards and birds. We even saw a turtle sunbathing on a log nearby. We used a few of the kayaks to paddle around the water off the dock. I wish we would have sooner, it was so much fun! The beds are incredibly comfortable, there were spare pool towels that were very helpful, and a thoughtful welcome basket with a couple drinks and snacks. Plenty of room and the table for 6 and the gathering areas were perfectly sized for our group. Carlos was very patient helping us understand the pool controls. Turns out instructions were on a booklet that we overlooked, even though it was in plain sight! We appreciate Carlos and the peace and beauty of this place and plan to stay again if we ever get the chance.

Amazing property!

I am not one to leave reviews but this property definitely deserves me taking the time. Carlos the host was amazing and very responsive to all my questions and messages. We walked into the property and it was VERY clean and very welcoming. The pool and view were spectacular. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect house for our mother daughter weekend! It was a wonderful way to spend Mother’s Day! I am local to the area and will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful property & location

This home did not disappoint. So many extras, including kayaks and fishing poles! Immaculate, exactly as shown in photos. Quiet location yet many nearby restaurants and stores, including grocery. The owner Carlos has instant communication if needed. Rent this. You will not be disappointed.
