The house was perfect for our family getaway! It was very clean when we arrived and everything one would expect in a vacation rental was there. The pool, complete with lots of toys, was welcoming . There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and as the name implies, it's close to the beach. Emanuele, the host, responded to messages almost immediately and took care of what was needed. Our only complaints - there was no ice and we didn't find out how to work the fountain in the pool until the day we left!

Mother’s Day Get-A-Way

Paradise Cove had everything to offer and then some. The property was immaculate. The “in law” quarters were perfect for accommodating my son’s family. Having My Family together meant the world to me. Thank you again for everything!

Clean and great location

The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and just what we were looking for. The neighborhood is nice and the beach is just a mile away. The backyard is perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The host was very responsive and quickly handled any minor issues.

Tired and abandoned

The property seems as if it’s not leased too often. The air conditioning motor was not blowing cool air for the first two days of our stay. It was eventually corrected. The management company was quite attentive and responsive to our needsSome of the outdoor furniture was covered because it was damp and moldy. The pool was fine and adequately heated along with the Jacuzzi Many of the outdoor plants and trees were either dead or dying. The location was not optimal since it was the first home located behind a gas station. The bedrooms were clean and adequate, but the common area for a four bedroom home was quite small.

Great family getaway

This was a multi generational vacation. House had an in-law apartment that made this unit perfect for grandchildren along with Grandparents. Some minor issues came up and were quickly resolved by the management team. Overall very nice unit.

Great house in a great location

This house is located in the Cove, which was a very short distance to the beach. It was equipped with everything and was very clean. We loved the pool area and there were plenty of loungers around. Tiki bar was adorable with a bbq, TV, and refrigerator. Hot tub was useful for those chilly nights. House was driving distance to all the local towns (Boca, Del Ray, Pompano, etc). Washer and dryer both big and kitchen was fully stocked. Air conditioning worked very well. This house had all the amenities you needed. We really enjoyed our stay here😊

Personal paradise

Family Thanksgiving

This house was perfect for our family to all be together under one roof for Thanksgiving. We had 5 adults, one teenager, 2 kids and a toddler and we all had plenty of room. The house was beautiful and clean and very well stocked with kitchen items and plenty of towels! We spent a lot of time out by the pool! The host was great at communicating. Definitely recommend!

FAU Parents Weekend

Perfect

We had an amazing few days. This location was perfect for our immediate family and friends. We had separate quarters just for our family bedroom/living room combo with plenty of room, small kitchenette, and nice size bathroom. Everyone else had their own space as well. The pool and landscape was tropical, private, and so relaxing. Such a great place.

A fabulous dual family vacation!

Each year my family of four and our best friends, family of five, go on April vacation together (our children's spring break). In the house we had four adults, and an 18 year old, a 17 year old, 16 year old, 15 year old and 14 year old. The nine of us had a fabulous week. There was plenty of space (especially since 5 out of the 9 of us are over 6'3')! The house was perfect! We had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of towels, plenty of kitchen utensils and plenty of amenities! The home was spotless! There was an issue with the outdoor lighting around the tiki bar and outdoor fridge. We called the owner's and they sent someone out immediately. But most of the lights around the tiki bar are out. And if you turn the lights off, the fridge turns off. Even if you leave the lights on, so the fridge is on, it never gets cold enough to leave anything in it. There were bugs in the kitchen that got into the food we left on top of the counter and in the cabinets below, which is why I lowered the rating of the cleanliness of the home (specifically on the counter facing the pool). We had to throw out a lot of food. There was an issue with the hot tub and as soon as I reached out to the owners, they got back to me. They were the most responsive owners I've ever rented from. The communication was amazing and the responsiveness was amazing too!
