  • Casa de 4 dormitorios con piscina en Pompano Beach

    Amplia casa de 4 dormitorios con una piscina nueva, enterrada, climatizada y de agua salada (ventanas y puertas a prueba de huracanes; te garantizamos que dormirás tranquilo), rodeada de un jardín privado y muy bien cuidado. La casa está totalmente amueblada con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, vajilla, cubertería, lavadora y secadora, e incluye ropa de cama y toallas.

    El dormitorio n.º 1 tiene una cama king size, el n.º 2 tiene una cama Queen size, el n.º 3 cuenta con 2 literas (una individual sobre una doble y otra individual sobre otra individual) y dispone de un baño completo con bañera. El dormitorio n.º 4 (principal) está situado al otro lado de la casa e incluye un baño con ducha. La casa tiene capacidad para alojar cómodamente a 11 personas y es perfecta para 2-3 familias.
    Ofrecemos calefacción para la piscina del 1 de diciembre al 1 de abril. La piscina no se calienta durante los meses de verano.
    La tarifa de calefacción de la piscina es de 100 $ por semana o 250 $ por mes de estancia. La tarifa de la piscina no está incluida en el presupuesto de VRBO y se añadirá a tu reserva si te alojas con nosotros entre el 1 de diciembre y el 1 de abril.


    La casa está situada junto al Parque Municipal de Pompano Beach, que cuenta con un campo de golf, más de 5 millas de carriles bici, un complejo de piscinas, pistas de tenis, basquetbol, béisbol, fútbol, voleibol, zonas de juegos infantiles y un anfiteatro al aire libre. The property was perfect for our visit! The owners did a wonderful job creating a cozy, beach bungalow feel that made our stay even more enjoyable. The only thing I'd recommend is bringing your own toiletries, as those were limited. Other than that, the home was well stocked with cookware, towels, and everything else we needed. The host was friendly, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great experience across the board!

Great home, location, pool, cleanliness, and communication from host from start to finish. Everything from floors to kitchen to bathrooms and linens were in top shape. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our family of 6! Great location, there's a green cafe across the street, a community park next door, and it's about a 25-minute walk to the beach- and approximately a 5-minute drive. The backyard was one of the best we've had in Vrbo rentals. Beautiful pool, plenty of lounge chairs, and a patio dining table. Elizabeth was very communicative. The only thing missing was a full-length mirror but that does not detract at all from our 5-star review!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

April vacation

Absolutely beautiful home with amazing pool. This home had all amenities for a family vacation. My family loved the pool and enjoyed the many places to sit and relax outdoors. We were very pleased! Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

2023 AAU tournament stay

The property overall was nice. Backyard and pool were the star of the show! Only thing I could say is there should be larger sized trash cans in the house and definitely could use a dust pan. We did have a wonderful time, would stay again.

Spent a week in this location. House is as described. Very short drive to the beach. No issues with parking at the beach. Public parking at a reasonable rate. Pool area is wonderful. Nice and quiet even though neighbors close by. Trees and greenery make it feel very secluded. Plenty of restaurants close by. Grocery stores are within a 5 minute drive. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans to do as much cooking as you would like in the house. Didn’t need to go get anything. Beach toys and pool noodles on property to use. Had some minor things at property that were needing addressed when we arrived and the Owner and property Manager were very responsive and handled these minor problems quickly and professionally. Would definitely stay at this property if heading to this area in the future.

Lovely home and a lovely stay!

My family stayed here for a week. In total we had 5 adults and 4 children. We were pleased with the condition of the property and happy to have basic items in the bathroom and kitchen ready for use. We have stayed other places and had to run that very day for toilet paper and that is super annoying. Here we had items and then went later to replenish and were happy to leave items for the next guests. The property was very clean, well kept and the decor was appealing. I’m a fan a Flamingos so that room decor was very much appreciated!! The pool area was a welcomed oasis, with plenty of towels, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is close to a nice park and not too far from the central roads which was super convenient since we had to travel to and from the Convention Center during our stay. Only having 2 bathrooms is a small downside because of our large group, but we knew that was the case going in and we were fine with that. The main bathroom is a bit tricky to use because the door to get to it is also the door for that bedroom so something to note depending on the relationship of those in your party traveling. I’d consider a second door or even a screen to give privacy to those in that room. This would not deter me from renting this house again and I am pleased with my experience! The host was very nice and responsive to my messages. 5 stars!

Perfect oasis

Our family of 9 stayed in this home for a week. There was plenty of space for us to spread out - never really getting in each other's way. I have stayed in quite a few rentals, and this one was without a doubt the most well-stocked house from kitchen items to towels. Only 2 bedrooms have tvs, but that was not a problem for our group. The kitchen appliances were nice and clean, and the icemaker and spacious refrigerator were put to good use. Having a washer and dryer and cleaning products provided was definitely a bonus! The backyard was truly an oasis. The tropical plants and palm trees along the perimeter made you forget that there were even neighbors close by. The only complaint was that we were there during a tropical storm and subsequent rain almost daily, so the pool and spa were not warm. This didn't affect the kids, but the adults spent little time in the pool as a result, but long as the kids were happy, we were happy. The house is in a great location close to the park and a lot of stores and restaurants.

Great house and location

The house is beautiful and the heated pool and jacuzzi are outstanding. The house is about 10 minutes from the beach and a beautiful park and amphitheater are within walking distance. The location of the house is close to grocery stores ,restaurants and bars Elizabeth is a real pleasure to deal with. She responds to questions quickly and resolves issues that may arise. The house is well stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils, towels and bedding. Anyone would be very pleased with this beautiful home.

Great place to accommodate small children

The property was the right size for our group - 4 adults and 5 children ages 6 months to 6 years old. The house had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was not the greatest but conveniently located near stores, restaurants and the beach. The communication with the owner was smooth, helpful, and very prompt. All in all we had a great time for a week and we’ll definitely consider coming back.

Not knowing anything about the landscape, we were so impressed with the location. Close to everything. Great beach house with a pool BBQ.. everything you needed was there.. we stayed for a month and wanted more..

We loved staying here. Super cute house with awesome pool/hot tub. Well furnished with anything you could possibly need. Would absolutely recommend.

Awesome time

The Host Elizabeth was quick to reply to all questions. The House was welcoming abd spacious exactly as described. Pool was awesome and clean. Lots of room and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definately recommend and stay again.
