We had a wonderful senior spring break trip at this house—Two moms and seven high school seniors. The property listing was very accurate. The house was very spacious, there were a lot of towels for the pool and beach and the kitchen was very well appointed. It was located in a very nice area. The beach was about a 12 minute drive but very accessible. We were very pleased.

We were in town for the national championship looking for a nice place to stay that wasn’t in the heart of the city and a little more quiet. The house was beautifully appointed anything that we needed. We could find responses were great as well. Would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely home

We had 4 adults / 4 kids and the house was perfect and very spacious for our week long stay. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the needed cookware and utensils. The crockpot came in handy too! The kitchen is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything from the door code to the remote controls for the TVs worked without a glitch. It was nice to have pool towels provided too. I really have no complaints about the property or the rental process.

Florida Golf Getaway

The house was perfect for our golf trip!!! Very clean and open with plenty of room for us. Location was easy access to local shops and stores and a quick ride to get to the highway. Highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Pleasant surprise!

My family gathered to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean and pool was the highlight! Great space for our group, close to beach and eateries! It’s hard when you pick a place for a group to get all you need but this place checked all of the boxes and I was pleased!

Making memories!

This was a week-long three-generation family trip.The property was exactly as represented in the photos and was a perfect combination of attractive and comfortable. For our group, which included young kids, the pool fence was a must. Management was super-responsive to our needs as we planned the trip as well as once we were on site. Thank you for providing us with an excellent experience!

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house appears to be an older house but updated with newer amenities. The covered patio and pool were great. Enjoyed that each bedroom had its own smart tv. Chairs would have been nice in the bedrooms(not a fan of having to sit on the bed) There are a lot of places to eat and grocery stores close to the house. The beach was not very far from the house. Our family ranged from age 7 to 89 and everyone had a good time. The host was very attentive. Thank you for making Vaca2023 GREAT.

The house looks just as pictured online. It was very clean inside and outside by pool area. Day 2 the stovetop stopped working in the middle of us cooking breakfast. We called property manager. She responded very quickly and sent maintenance over within 15 minutes. He was unable to repair it and no one could come out until Monday. Management solved our issue by bringing 2 electric double stovetop brand new. They work just like the stovetop. I would recommend this place.

Great place and perfect for our family

This was a great trip. The property is well equipped. Probably the best kitchen and grill setup we have had at any property we stayed. The key is the pool safety fence. This assured us that our kids would only be able to get to the pool with an adult. All around wonderful property.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed staying here and would do so again! The house was very clean and spacious with nice kitchen amenities including beach towels. We appreciated the mini toiletries in the bathrooms until we could get to the store. We enjoyed swimming and laying out at the pool. Grill was great to cook our fresh fish. We walked to the grocery store and to the beach, location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent!!

The property was exactly as described/pictured on website! Our error for thinking there was a hot tub - picture looks like it but description clearly does not list a hot tub. We had several questions upon arrival and those were answered by management in a very timely manner. Neighborhood was quiet and location of property is close to a very large variety of attractions/dining options. I would definitely recommend this property!

As described and a little lacking

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and fairly spacious. There weren't any issues per se and the listing was not misleading. A list of general concerns to consider for future renters: no pool floats/toys no beach chairs/cooler/wagon no reusable bowls ice maker does not work minimal kitchen utensils very limited towels- bath and beach front bedroom is very warm water temp in primary bath is "warm" tub outside is not a hot tub pool area is monitored with a camera

Beautiful house

Check-in was very easy and the pictures are almost identical to the real thing. It is a very beautiful house and a great spot to just hang out in if you don’t want to go to the local shops and restaurants. Property manager was very quick at responding to any questions I had. Recommend 100%

Perfect stay close to everything

We arrived from Houston. Walked in home and was perfect. After 17 hour drive the kids enjoyed the pool as soon as we got there. We went to the Florida keys. Miami Hollywood board walk all over. This home is location only took us 30-1 hr to get everywhere we went. Will deff be back to this one. Great communication and great time for my family.
