We really enjoyed our time at this house! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and putting green. My mother sometimes needs a wheelchair and it was easy for us to move it through the house. I am always skeptical of places saying they are an easy walk to the beach but this really is a quick walk, even with my mother in her wheelchair. The hosts were friendly and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly what we wanted before heading out on our cruise. The beach access, pool, and fun amenities allowed our family to spend time together, while the well appointed kitchen and full dining room allowed us to have family meals before a week of restaurants and buffets.

The owners of this house have put some real thought into knowing the needs of a rental beach house. It has all the convenience’s and MORE. Pool, putting green, pool/ping pong table, private beach access within walking distance. It has the little things too special pool/beach cups, plenty of beach chairs/umbrella and toys. The rental company is very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again. The one downside was our one family had a difficult time sleeping in one of the spare beds mattress, it could use an upgrade.

The property was gorgeous. The beach was clean and secluded. The pool and seating areas were lovely. The outdoor shower was extremely convenient, as well as the direct access to the bathroom near the small golf area! The pool had many floats and the garage was filled with beach accessories. Kitchen was also beautiful. The only thing I will say is that there are only 3 bedrooms. Then a den with a Murphy bed--- online makes it seem like 4 bedrooms plus then den with Murphy bed.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Well laid out modern space. Nice private heated pool. Private beach access. Nice neighborhood with lots of options to eat or grocery shop. Our kids 13 & 10 didn’t want to leave the property. Host was very responsive to our questions along the way. This place checked all the boxes for us.

The house was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint is that the listing stated 3 bathrooms while in fact there are only 2. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Our stay in this home was wonderful. It’s even better in person than in the photos. Everything was clean, organized and labeled. Since we traveled from out of state, having access to beach chairs, wagon and toys, not to mention all of the kitchen items, extra towels and laundry, made a world of difference. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, as was the short walk across the Intracoastal to the private beach. The backyard pool was serene and provided the perfect hangout spot for our family. And the communication with the property manager was prompt and considerate. I can’t speak highly enough of our stay and hope to come back again!

We could not say enough great things about this home. The location and beach we had access to were quiet and amazing. The host was available at all times. The house is exactly what it looks like and was a beautiful oasis. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again if we visit the area in the future!!

-Spacious layout - big dining table -ping pong table, billard inside -Movie theatre - professional cooking ware and stove - out door shower big plus - great chill out area in garden - comfortable beds and lots of closet space - just a few minutes walking to the beach! - really nice and quiet neighborhood - great communication with property manager 100% recommended!

My wife and I, along with a couple of friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Given the current COVID situation we spent virtually all of our time on the property. The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating area was very nicely done. The house is clean and very spacious. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. And, the private beach access is bonus. It's just a few minutes walk and we had it all to ourselves the 2-3 times we ventured out!
