This was our Annual Girl's Trip (6 friends) Our over-all experience was Good. Here are the reasons we would not give it an Excellent Rating.-All TV's were not working. (Contractor repaired the main Projector/TV) but 3 remained inoperable-Refrigerator, Ice-maker and Water dispenser not working.Specialist never came to repair to issue.-Received a text stating, "High noise levels were detected in the property. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep the noise down." This was while we (6 ladies) were having dinner. We felt this was invasive, intrusive and we were being recorded. Spoke with the Stay Today Team about the text.She stated, "we were not being recorded."-We reported the Back-Gate being broken-Contractor repaired but the next day, the Back-Gate was unable to be closed again.-Dog poop was around the pool area of which we disposed of but after the gate was unable to be closed again, more Dog poop was in the yard.If these concerns are addressed future guests will possibly enjoy their stay at this property.
