Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. The pool was great. The stairs were out of order but we were advised of this prior to our stay and didn’t effect our use. Host was very responsive whenever I reached out. The instructions for the door code where not exactly the same for the model of lock but was able to figure it out.Close to many grocery stores and things to do.Definitely would book again if traveling to the area.

This home was very clean and is as described in the listing. I wish it had been a little more obvious that this is actually 2 duplex units that don't connect. It turned out to be fine, but I'm not sure we would have selected this rental if we had realized at the time of booking. (Pays to read carefully.) The main issue with the home was communication with the rental company. We were instructed via check-in instructions to park in a specific area. A few hours after arriving we received texts and calls that we had to "move immediately" to avoid damaging the new pavers. If we had been told before hand, this would not have been an issue. Then during the middle of the day a team of workers came to the property to work on this new parking area. There was ZERO notification they would be onsite. This was disturbing and would have been scary if we had someone home alone. The workers came into the back yard multiple times while they were there and even used the hose for their project. Again, the issue here was TOTAL lack of communication that we should expect this. They also used very loud equipment which disrupted our afternoon - and a baby's naptime.

Extended Family Trip

This rental was perfect for our extended family trip for a graduation. We spent the majority of the time in the beautiful backyard enjoying the pool, sun, and the cabana area for shade. We really appreciated the beach towels in both units. The kitchens were both fully stocked with everything we would need. The location was convenient for quick pick-ups at the store as well as a day at Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk.

Highly recommend

We scheduled this family trip as the first one with our son who was 13 months at the time. My parents are divorced so it was nice to have 2 separate living spaces (although not needed) if either of them needed a break from one another ! Pool was clean and so were the rooms. Had all the amenities we needed for our son to sleep and eat. We did bring our own pack n play which was not necessary. We also brought a pack n play mattress which I feel is necessary for our sons comfort-but that is just my opinion! We have all already talked about booking this same property again because of the convenience and price but also the hosts were responsive and quick to fix any issue. For example-one of the toasters did not work, within 12 hours a new one was brought to us! Highly recommend this property and company for your next family stay

Overall decent!!

This property is an excellent place for a big group of people. A few things with the condo itself though. In one unit the air conditioning went on the second day. The owner had someone come look at it very promptly which was great. The stock of dish cloths and tea towels was pretty scarce, so we went out and bought some, but the owner did go out and buy us some bowls for the condo cause there wasn’t much for prepping your food. He also brought some white hand towels for us to wash our dishes with. Which were too big but the cloths we bought were good enough, not a big deal. The main bathroom shower could use some caulking on the bottom of the glass as we had to use our towels to soak up the water that went right through the bottom, otherwise the floor was soaked and very slippery. We had to wash towels almost daily as the fridge in one unit leaked as well and had to keep a towel on the floor or we were slipping across it. Overall it was a good place to stay. Cleanliness was good except the couch and two chairs on the one side were filthy and could use a good shampoo. I’m sure the owners will have the few little things fixed up as they were good to accommodate us. The bbq tanks were both empty when we got there, so before cooking our meal we had to run and get one filled as they charge 40 to bring you a new tank. It’s now full for the new crew that comes on us. Weather was not great while there so the heater in the pool came in handy. Seems we brought winter with us!!

Great place for a large group.

This property was a great place to stay. It is about 10 minutes from the beach. We rented both sides of the house, and 14 people stayed there for 4 nights. The swimming pool was a big hit. A couple of drawbacks were that the instant water heater would have to be unplugged and then plugged back in to get it to work. Also, there were no blankets for the hide-a-bed. Also one of the bathrooms did not have hot water. Management was contacted about the water heater and I was told a work order was submitted. The kitchen was well stocked. Even with a few issues, I would stay there again if we go visit Fort Lauderdale again.

Family Reunion

Our family enjoyed our stay, we were there for a weekend and enjoyed the pool, spacious bedrooms, and proximity to the beach. The property was also very clean, and had plenty of clean towels and blankets. Nice weekend!

Family Holiday/Wedding

We stayed for a week as we were attending my daughters wedding. Its a great location, very quiet but close enough to the beach and restaurants. Pool and BBQ are good and the rooms spacious.

Great stay

We didn’t know that it was a duplex but it ended to be better since we can separate the family and having one house to be loud and one can be quieter. We also didn’t know we had to park behind the duplex in a grassy area but it was okay. We had a couple things but property manager came out within 10-15 mins to help us out. Wished it had some basic amenities such as shampoo/conditioner/body wash for our guests and more toilet paper so we end up having to go the store to get those items. Overall, we enjoyed both units and the space given for my huge family of 14, especially the pool and very cold AC!
