    This private owners suite has all the luxuries of a standard hotel room with the added features of a pullout sleeper sofa, a stackable washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. Nine-foot floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with a table, chairs, and lounge furniture. This unit is the perfect escape in the ultimate location on the Fort Lauderdale Beach strip. Sitting directly on A1A and across the street from the beach, the hotel is right in the heart of beachfront shops, dining, and nightlife. Please note that the entire building, including the exterior balconies, are non-smoking.

    POOL ACCESSS:

    Guest only have access to the residential pool. Access to the Wet East Pool area is not available for guest use. For your guests wishing to access Wet East, a day pass from the hotel if interested please let us know and we can provide that information. (The cost of the day pass is $125 per person. Subject to Availability)



    👨‍👩‍👧 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

    Maximum occupancy limits apply to children and adults 13 and over. Children 12 and under do not count toward the maximum occupancy per city code. Guests who do not follow or abuse the above occupancy limits (i.e. occupants 13 and over exceeding max occupancy as set in the listing) will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued due to breach of rental rules and regulations as set fourth in the rental agreement

    Guests must submit an ID to us, and the hotel, before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule



    ✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.



    Guest Access:

    Guests are renting a private condo in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available throughout the hotel as well as the private Residential pool. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies; this is the only space that is off-limits.



    The Neighborhood:

    The W Fort Lauderdale is steps from Fort Lauderdale beach and conveniently located central to Miami and the Palm Beaches. The building is close to all major highways and only a short drive to Fort Lauderdale international airport. This beautiful home is located in the Oakland Park subdivision of coral heights bordering Fort Lauderdale and only minutes to Wilton Manors. The ocean and beach are just a few minutes away and Las Olas Boulevard (famed for its food, shopping, and entertainment) is a short drive. Every direction you go from this home you will find entertainment. With Fort Lauderdale dubbed the 'Venice of America' and the yachting capital of the world, you have easy access to many marinas where you can charter and rent boats. If eco-tourism is your interest we have everglades national park where you can view the wildlife. Seminole Hardrock casino is within a 30-minute drive where you can enjoy gambling, retail, entertainment, and dining. Las Olas Boulevard has fun for the whole family with dining, entertainment, and culture including the Fort Lauderdale Museum of art, cinema's, museum of science, and discovery and Broward center for performing arts. There are multiple concerts and sports venues through south Florida including the bank Atlantic center, American airlines arena, dolphin stadium, and more.

Property was amazing! Stayed two other times at the property and it never fails to be a spectacular visit. The host Couldn’t have been more helpful And responsive with every question I had!

Business conference

Overall excellent stay. This was a business trip for us. So paying an additional 311 for the resort fee would definitely make me consider A different option on my next visit. We loved loved the space but the resort fee was a huge turnoff.

Clean and great location!

The unit was perfect for our getaway. The property manager was very informative and good communication, even emailing us a heads up there would be a large parade/crowds one day for a celebration so we could plan accordingly. The unit was clean and having access to the W amenities was perfect. Location right across the street from beach was great and easy walking to different restaurants. Would recommend and stay again!

Great stay in Ft Lauderdale

Nice location just across from the beach. Fantastic property with a lot of nice amenities. The unit was as advertised – well appointed and modern with plenty of space for the four of us. The unit could use some minor TLC in spots – nothing that really impacted the stay so we just let the property manager know when we departed. The unit is on the 23rd floor which was really nice and gives a commanding view but be aware that the elevators may take a little time during peak periods. Be mindful of the resort and parking fees though you do get some benefits with them.
