Welcome to The Villa Marina (@thevillamarina_ftl), a newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront retreat with the space, comfort, and location to make the most of your Fort Lauderdale stay.

Designed with groups in mind, our spacious single-story home features four comfortable bedrooms, inviting living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private waterfront backyard with a 60-foot dock. Bring your boat, gather with family and friends, or simply enjoy having plenty of room to settle in and unwind.

The location is hard to beat. We're just 5 minutes from Port Everglades and the Broward County Convention Center, making The Villa Marina especially convenient for cruise stays, conferences, and business travel. FLL Airport, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, and Downtown Fort Lauderdale are less than 10 minutes away.

Guest Count
All overnight guests must be accurately added to the reservation prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy is 8 overnight guests. Exceeding our maximum occupancy will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Failure to add all overnight guests (maximum occupancy: 8) to the reservation will result in an additional fee of $75 per person, per night.

Pets
Pets are welcome but must be disclosed in advance. We allow one pet per stay, with a maximum weight of 30 pounds. A $100 pet fee applies.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Pre-approved early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like to arrange either.

Age Requirement
The minimum age to book a reservation at our property is 25, and the primary guest who makes the booking must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.

Security
Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance, driveway, and backyard to help us keep the property secure and ensure the safety of our guests.

Noise Ordinance
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. All guests must follow the City of Fort Lauderdale’s noise ordinance and be respectful of neighbors at all times.

No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings
Violations will result in additional cleaning fees, reimbursement for damages, potential removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Dock Use
Guests use the dock at their own risk. The owners are not responsible for any damages or injuries related to dock use. Guests and their party should inspect the dock before use and exercise caution when docking, boarding, or disembarking vessels. Please wear shoes on the dock.

Children & Water Safety
All children must be competent swimmers and supervised at all times near the dock or open water. Guest assumes full responsibility for the safety of children on the property.

Shore Power
Please let us know at the time of booking if you’re bringing a boat and whether you’ll need shore power, which is available for an additional $10 per night.

Parking
Street parking is not allowed in our neighborhood. Please use our driveway, which can accommodate up to 5 cars.

Lawn Service
Landscapers arrive every Wednesday or Thursday around 7:30 AM and typically finish within 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any brief disturbance.
