6/10 Aceptable

This place was priced too high for what you got. If it was 30-40% less in price then my review would be very different. Overall the place felt like a ‘turn n burn’ rental, with furniture and amenities showing wear and tear. Before we arrived we got bombarded with texts from different ppl at the property mgmt office giving us the self check-in info, receiving 3 different door codes from them to get in and of course when we arrived none of them worked and we had to keep calling to get ahold of someone for a fourth code. They said the batteries were dead with the lock, but they seemed very unorganized with the 4 different codes being sent. We paid extra for pool heat but there was a ‘malfunction’ and the pool wasn’t heated until our very last day, which was the main reason we booked the place. The pool was too cold to use and we felt like this could have been checked in advance by the team. HUGE let down. If you are trying to get in a smidge early or stay late then be prepared to pay a decent amount, they sent a text with rates starting at 77 to check in an hour early, something most properties let you do for free if the place is ready. The location was the best part, close enough to walk to bars and restaurants, which was great. A very safe neighborhood. Would I stay here again? Only if the price was reduced by 30-40%. Charging luxury prices for a place that is very worn just wasn’t it. Overall it wasn’t bad, just not worth the high rate they wanted.
