Amazing house

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed every aspect of the house. We had our children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Short walk to a beautiful beach that was not crowded at all. There were many extras with the house as well.

We had an amazing and relaxing stay. We enjoyed every bit. The only thing I would change is some new pillows. I would definitely rebook this place.

Great home!

WONDERFUL!

We enjoyed the beautiful, clean home and the great location with our family (children and grandchildren). Highly recommend this property. We had everything we needed and more! I consider myself a “very picky” traveler, and this home was clean and well-appointed. Great trip!

Beautiful vacation rental

This vacation home is one of the best equipped rentals we have had the opportunity to enjoy. Highlights included the full afternoon of sunshine on the pool area, the large volume of comfortable pool furniture, the well equipped barbeque facilities and the duel laundry facilities.

Peaceful and clean

This was the perfect distance from the main beach. It was very quiet and private. The house was clean. The patio and pool area was large and clean. There were 9 of us staying there and plenty of space! The only thing that was somewhat disappointing was the lack of trash bags and toilet paper available for a week stay. I think the renter should not have to buy extra of those things. With that said, we would definitely rent from them again!

This house was perfect for our group. A very quick walk to the beach (5 min or less), plenty of chairs, wagons, a cooler, and two umbrellas. There were 6 beach towels, so if you have more than 6 people, you may want to pack some extra towels. The house itself was beautiful. Plenty of space to gather and not feel crowded. The outdoor area was perfect. Our group loved the pool, hot tub and lounging areas. The downstairs leading out to the pool has a large counter area, fridge and bathroom so perfect for popping in for a beverage or snack. Quick 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers Beach area. Would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Stay

The house and location was great. We had a group of 9 people including 3 kids . There was always enough room. Everyone loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Its far enough away from downtown to be quiet and secluded, yet close to everything you are there for. A great place for a family vacation.

Best spot in FMB

Perfectly situated close to the beach and out of the busy part of the island. Kids could safely ride bikes everywhere. House was gorgeous and super clean. Pool/hot tub was great for all ages. Corn hole was onsite and a hit with my kids. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon provided which was awesome. Would definitely stay again!

The nicest, well maintained and most comfortable rental ever!

The amenities were fabulous. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Beds and chairs were perfect. AC adequately cooled all levels. Kitchen was perfect for our group of six. Excellent location for easy access to anything on the beach. We would DEFINITELY rent again.

Perfect location

The house was wonderful and the location was very close to everything you could need: Beach, convenience store, grocery store and several nice restaurants. We were a family group of 9 ranging in age from 5 to 66. The house provided spaces large enough to gather together or areas to relax alone.

Wonderful Place!

This was a great location and the house was exactly as the listing explained. Clean and had everything we needed. Would be great if they had bikes for visitors to use but you can rent from various places near to the house. I highly recommend bike rentals to get around.

Great home!

The house was exceptional for our family. 9 of us in total including 3 under 4. House and pool was perfect for our group. Beach is literally a 5 minute walk even for the young ones. House appears new and well provisioned for a group our size. We enjoyed it very much!

Beautiful house

This property was in excellent condition. Clean and beautiful. We had 10 adults and never felt crowded. We used Coastal Breeze to rent items throughout our stay and the process was effortless. The hot tub and pool, the grill and access to the inlet added great experiences to our stay. We will absolutely return.

Relaxing Girls Trip

Six ladies enjoyed this beautiful house! We all had plenty of space and loved this end of Fort Myers Beach that was peaceful and away from the Margaritaville traffic. The beach was a two minute walk across the street and we appreciated the beach chairs and wagon that were available for our use. The pool and hot tub patio area was a wonderful way to relax and get some sun. Plenty of seating areas for everyone. The outdoor grill was one of the cleanest we've had at a rental. Property management was super friendly and responded quickly when contacted. We would definitely rent from this company again!

Fabulous Stay at a Fabulous House

The home is lovely, clean and comfortable. All the amenities and accoutrements ranging from beach equipment to kitchen gadgets to appliances (and everything in between) were first rate. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Grandpa and Grandma plus Mom and Dad plus five kids could both all be together at a meal or could all find a quiet spot for some solitude. It couldn't have been more perfect.

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful vacation home. We were a group of 3 families sharing all of the space. We appreciated the ample seating on all levels and living area of the home. We love to play cards, do jigsaw puzzles and prepare family dinners. All of these things were possible with the bountiful seating and lovely kitchen. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen area were also fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay that exceeded our expectations. I only would have wished for slightly larger bathrooms and beach chairs.

Perfect Family Beach House! 5/5!

This house was well equipped with everything we needed: kitchen gadgets, a grill, a green egg smoker, games, beach toys, beach chairs, towels, the list goes on! The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room to spread out and it was top notch clean! A 5 minute stroll to a lovely beach spot, walking distance to a couple great little restaurants on the south end of the island, and a short drive to many other spots at the north end of the island. Pool and hot tub are a perfect break from the beach. Communication was excellent! 5/5 recommend this spot!

Amazing house!

This house was amazing. We have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for 7 years and this is the nicest property we have rented. Very clean and great for large families. The location was perfect because we don't like to be too close to town - this makes the beach area so peaceful and not crowded. We rode our bikes into town when we wanted to go. I would rent this house again right away but we can't do the Saturday to Saturday rental requirement the next time we come. Highly recommend this rental!

Everything we were looking for!!

The house is beyond gorgeous! New and clean! Furnishings and decor made this home feel like an upscale resort. Everything we could have needed was provided. Communication and Check-in were a breeze! Dolphins swam down our canal one night! The beach is close; pool, hot tub, tons of outdoor seating and grill were awesome! We had a wonderful week with family here and really could not have asked for a better place to stay!!
