Welcome to Dockside Dream, a charming and newly updated three-bedroom, three-bathroom pool home nestled on a quiet residential street in the heart of the desirable south end of Fort Myers Beach. This classic Florida beach house has been thoughtfully renovated with a breezy coastal-modern vibe, offering guests the perfect blend of laid-back comfort and contemporary style. Whether you're here to relax by the pool, explore the island, or spend your days on the water, Dockside Dream delivers everything you need for a memorable vacation.

Upon arrival, guests can park up to two vehicles in the driveway, with additional space for one car inside the garage. The garage also houses the home's washer and dryer, making mid-trip laundry a breeze. As you step through the front door, you'll immediately feel the light and warmth of the home. To your left, the cozy living room invites you in with a large sectional sofa and TV, perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. The living room also offers a lovely view out to the pool deck and private dock, with the kitchen tucked just beyond.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and includes a refrigerator/freezer, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. It's compact, charming, and has everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Just to the left of the kitchen is the first bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, spacious closet, TV, and an en suite bathroom. This bathroom includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and single sink vanity. For added convenience, it also has direct access to the backyard and pool area—perfect for rinsing off after a swim or a day spent by the water. On the opposite side of the home, a hallway leads to the remaining two bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a dresser and closet for storage, and a TV. While it does not have an en suite bathroom, the full guest bath is just a few steps away and includes a walk-in shower and modern coastal finishes. Adjacent to this is the primary bedroom, which offers a plush king-size bed, large closet, TV, and sliding glass doors that open directly onto the pool deck. The en suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and is tastefully designed to match the home's updated style.

The true highlight of Dockside Dream is the outdoor living space. Step through the sliding glass doors from either the living room or the primary bedroom, and you'll find yourself on the spacious pool deck. Here, a dining table with seating for six sits under a covered patio, next to a large gas grill- ideal for grilling up dinner after a day at the beach. Just beyond is the home's heated, blue swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing. The pool deck is uncovered, giving guests the full benefit of Florida's sunshine. To the side of the pool is an electric fire pit, creating a cozy evening ambiance after the sun sets.

At the edge of the property sits a large private dock on a canal that leads directly to the bay—an excellent spot for launching kayaks or enjoying morning coffee by the water. While the boat lift is not available for guest use, small boats may be tied off from the dock. Guests are advised that tides in this area can drop very low, which could result in damage or a boat being “beached.” Anyone choosing to tie up a boat does so at their own risk, and Coastal Vacation Properties is not responsible for any damages.
