Island Winds Condo # 821 con cabaña privada

Camine por la mañana en la playa de arena blanca de siete millas de largo donde verá estrellas de mar, dólares de arena y delfines retozando en el Golfo. Esta unidad tenía una REPARACIÓN COMPLETA, cocina nueva, baños, azulejos, muebles, molduras, puertas, techos, accesorios de iluminación y ropa de cama y ropa de cama de lujo nuevas. Great place to stay

We rented two condos and the 821 condo was well updated and very clean. The 1122 condo was very nice but I did have to clean it. It needs a bit of updating the sofa was broke in and definitely has been used but the location and very well equipped… as a whole couldn’t ask for a better experience and location. Rita was absolutely so accommodating thank you so much.

We had a very nice stay at Island Winds for our Mother's Day/Birthdays Girls Only Getaway! The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of room for all of us. It's nice that they have a little workout area as well. The treadmill was smooth, but they could maybe put a stand-up fan in there to help cool you off - it was very warm in there! The kitchen in the condo was nice and we were able to save money by making most of our own meals for the week. It would be nice to have one more larger or medium-sized frying pan though as it was hard to cook everything with just the one large one they had. Also, there were only 2 dishwasher tablets left for us to do dishes in the dishwasher and only 3 garbage sacks. There were plenty of dishes, bowls, glassware, & cups though! All in all, it was a very well appointed condo with everything one would need for a week's stay - even its own washer and dryer, which came in handy. We had a fantastic stay and were very pleased with our condo! Thank you!!

Nice complex, good location.

Condo was very clean. Bathrooms & kitchen were very well stocked-more than enough of everything to accommodate the 5 of us. We didn’t have key fobs, a blow up mattress and there was only 1 beach chair when we arrived on Saturday. It was also extremely hot in the condo. I called Rita (property manager) and she made sure we got everything we needed on Monday morning. She also called an HVAC company Monday morning, and it was fixed by Monday afternoon. The unit had frozen up, which is why it was so hot the first 2 days. However, it was still warm in the master bedroom & master bathroom even after the unit was fixed. For some reason, those 2 back rooms don’t cool down as much as the rest of the condo. Overall, we had a nice family vacation.

Perfect location. Amazing views!

First off, I would definitely stay here again if in the FMB area. I would definitely recommend this condo to others. Had a great week, with perfect weather! This was a very nice condo, the views were amazing! Very, very wide beach (nearly a block and a half to the waters edge) with amazing soft white sand the entire stretch. Great beach running, shells galore! Was happy to be out of the busy traffic filled far north end of FMB. Felt very safe here. Appreciated the secure measures that Island Winds has in place. Only complaint is that we were supposed to have a cabana with the rent we paid for the week?! We were told NO by the young people running the cabana/chair/umbrella rental. I was advised that that ended the end of April, and something about turtles and cabanas?! I was told that the owners of the Condos only pay the cabana rental from October through April. They refused to offer any alternative advising that they had had two other condo renters requesting the same. I was told that they checked with their boss regarding the issue. I wasn’t about to pay an additional $30 a day for two chairs, and an umbrella. We went out and bought an umbrella. We left it at the condo closet for the next renters to use. The one that was there had run it’s life expectancy as it disintegrated when we opened it. Thank you for the great accommodations! -Heather

Excellent location with a great beach

Island Winds #821 was a great condo with a great view of the beach. Comfortable with recliners and reclining sofas. Kitchen well supplied with dishes, utensils, etc. Very clean throughout. All neighbors and residents were very friendly. Even the elevator was fast and never a problem. Best show was the sunset. Easy walk to restaurants etc. Agent was very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Island Winds. The condo was outfitted well and clean! Would love to see the owners replace the chairs that they have put covers on in the living room and get a larger screen tv for the living room. It was a good stay!

Amazing Vacation

Our family of four stayed comfortably in this beautiful, beachfront condo. The residence was very clean and well-stocked to meet all of our needs. The property is impeccably maintained by staff. We ordered beach service, rented a jet ski and paddle boards (all conveniently located on the beach). We truly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely stay again!

Overall impression was great.

We loved our time. The view was awesome. The condo was decently clean. Nothing bad enough to complain about. My only complaint is no fan in master room, didn't seem to cool off like rest of condo. Construction in parking lot made our assigned parking spot unavailable. It would've been nice if pool was open later than 9pm. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation and lovely rental.

Awesome view! Great property with lots of amenities!

This property has an awesome view of the gulf with lots of amenities were looking for. (Pool with a hot tub, exercise room, convenient gas grills, great view). The condo itself is beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Had issues several times during our stay with cable going out. Kitchen could've used some small changes in skillet sizes. There were 2, one was super huge and the other was single serve size. A bit difficult to cook for 2 during our month long stay. Also, would suggest better cooking utensils. The ones available were to big to manipulate. So suggest bringing your own to use. Washer and dryer need updated. Both are very noisy when running and dryer squeaks bad while running. Neither one had buzzer of any kind to let you know cycle was done. Loved using the exercise room. Only got to use the pool for a couple of weeks due to repair being done. We weren't told we would'nt be able to use the pool prior to our arrival and had to use the pool next door. Suggest get to office asap to get a parking pass, we didn't know and received a notice. Would've been nice if this info was supplied in info pocket from other. Overall, we would definitely stay in this condo again. It was beautiful, absolutely beautiful!
